Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe Tides was great place to stay. The only complaint was the two restaurants in the complex The Vento Italian restaurant, I seat on a table with my family and we never got any attention from the waitress to order the food. My wife needed to stand up and go to the cashier to order. She ordered 2 pizzas and 3 cups of water and we only got the pizza/never the water. The other restaurant by Surfside the same thing. The servers need to be trained to provide what the customer needs like water, napkins, in other words the very basic of a good customer service in a food place.

PanamaEven been new, we had issue with the dish washer (never worked) even after 2 visits from maintenance, this was far from ideal in a full week vacation , and we had a water infiltration that was not nice (even do not a real issue during the stay)
I love this beach and the amenities, the house is relatively new and well set.

EcuadorTerrible communication through WhatsApp line that they provide and contacted me. Could not check in and sleep in the villa the first night because they didn’t respond at 7.40pm and they’re meant to be expecting us until 9pm. Next day terrible process for check in and not the process they text you to do so became long and confusing and annoying with a crying baby
