Breakfast was fine, nothing extraordinary, but satisfying. Room was nice, with a comfortable bed, clean space, Smart TV, and strong Wi-Fi. View was different from the pictures since we were on the ground floor facing the walkway, but the surrounding nature was beautiful. The place was very quiet and peaceful.

We stayed with our family of 4 in room number 1 and 2, with pool view and a kitchen. We had a spacious roofed terrace where we could relax even in heavy rain. The garden and the pool are lovely. Breakfast is served a nice outside area. You can choose from a menu and there is a small buffet as well.

One of the few hotels where the real thing is even more beautiful than the photos. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms (we were given connecting rooms 6 and 7 as a family without having to ask). The restaurant serves delicious food. We only stayed one night while traveling, but—especially if you enjoy hiking—I recommend staying longer.

Breakfast was very minimal. Toast with eggs, 1,5 tiny piece of toast and half a portion of eggs. Juice was some fruit with mainly water . Pancakes with fruit was mainly pancakes…

Location and pool, even though 8 beds was OK in rainy season, but in high season I can imagine it not enough. Free water, towels at the pool and clean rooms

Beautiful scenery, birds, plants, flowers with jungle and mountain views! Reasonable prices to get laundry or drinks at the bar. Wonderfully hot rain shower. Lovely hardworking staff. Delicious breakfast with many options and fresh fruit.

Everything with the accommodation was great. - A word of warning: It is typically said that the tap water in Panama is safe to drink. This might be the case for locals whose digestive system is adapted to the local water. However, I followed the advise and "paid" with tummy problems for the last 5 days of my stay. If you come from outside Panama, don't risk it and drink only bottled water.

- Beautiful gardens and nice environment - Nice view on the surrounding mountains - Good breakfast - nice selection - Great location - outside city center, quiet but still easy to reach - Great on-site restaurant - you should try at least one of the nights you are there. AND: Valle is generally gorgeous. The trails are magnificient.

Loved everything. I even asked for mosquito repellent in the reception desk and staff even lend me one, which is great!

Room was amazing, its a nice cozy hotel and there is a lounge area where you can play board games and have a nice family time. I have very strict food restrictions but meals were ajusted very easily. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Photos are just as is.

The shower lost hot water frequently (other rooms using?) but the water isn’t super cold anyway. A bit out of town - not quick walk to dinner - having a car is necessary. Absolutely nothing detracted from the amazing stay there

Gorgeous grounds - the flowers were stunning. Spotless room. Great towels. Comfy bed with quality linens. Helpful staff. Great breakfast offerings. The local hikes are interesting (it’s why we came)

Lovely property. Half of the rooms (with the pool view) are older, which means they are bigger but less modern. Half of the rooms (with other views) are much newer, which means they are smaller but with more modern amenities.
