Wow!!! It's just perfect by all means by all categories!. We came a family of 4, we booked the Geisha cabin and the rooms were super big, a beautiful balcony w the amazing view of Baru mountain. Everything was super clean. The girls at the reception (spooked a fluent English) help us w every little thing.. they recommend tours and adventure around the hotel. It was our best experience in Panama 🇵🇦 ❤️

Stunning mountain views & location! The accommodations were great too; each hotel room was a one bedroom villa with kitchen & dining & living room & bathroom! Perfect really. Wake up to cool mountain breezes (no need to use air conditioning ) & fantastic mountain vista.Though located up in the foothills of a mountain, the downtown area with numerous restaurants was only a 5 min cab ride away.. Delicious breakfasts & super helpful front desk staff. Hooray for Nyorka!

Beautiful location, the facilities were lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast situation is somewhat restricted. The food was good but the quantity or selection allowed for the included breakfast was limited. If one day you had a small breakfast one day and the next day you want eggs and oatmeal, you would have to pay extra. This seamed out of what I would expect for a facility of this caliber, quality and price point.

Fantastic hotel in Boquete, highly recommended.

The views. Comfortable room and separate bedroom with terrace. Beautifully garden surroundings. Staff were excellent.

Just to bear in mind, there is a very steep drive inside the property(it it was a coffee plantation and as such, is on a steep slope.)

There was really nothing not to like about this property. Having a little bungalow to yourself is quite a nice treat. The views were outstanding, especially when you have a rainbow stretching across the valley in the morning. For me, I thought the price was excellent, but I think I also got an unusually low rate. But even without the discount, the price would have been acceptable.

There was nothing I didn't like about this property. I appreciated that they let me smoke a cigar on my outdoor patio; some places make you nearly leave the grounds in Panama (hardcore government regs there.)

I’d like to start by saying that the resort is absolutely stunning, with spectacular views of the mountains. The condos are incredibly spacious, and the staff is polite, friendly, and always ready to assist. Everything is impeccably clean, which we truly appreciated.

That being said, there were some major disappointments that dampened our experience. First, the breakfast was far below expectations, especially for a 4-star resort. Guests are allowed to choose one item from a limited menu. For example, one option includes eggs with toast and bacon, but this consists of just one slice of toast (cut in half), a single slice of bacon, and two eggs. Any additions, no matter how small, come at an extra cost. To make matters worse, the syrup for the waffles and pancakes is advertised as homemade but turned out to be nothing more than jam mixed with flavored yogurt (blueberry or strawberry). In my opinion, this is unacceptable for a resort of this caliber. Additionally, we experienced issues with hot water in the condo. Despite calling reception to have it fixed, the problem persisted the following morning, and I didn’t bother reaching out again. There is also only one heater in the house, located in the living room. While it’s Panama, it does get chilly in the mornings and evenings, so the combination of limited heating and no hot water made for an uncomfortable stay.

Impeccably clean. The surrounding jungle feel is beautiful, with the big windows making you feel like you are literally in the jungle. The owner and employees were super friendly.

A kettle in the kitchen would be lovely. There is a coffee machine and microwave.

The volcan view is so amazing and the place is perfect for us to stay. It's safe, clean and very quite. The staffs are so friendly. We really enjoy everyday there.

Green, beautiful, quiet, comfortable cottage - we were upgraded from the double room. Helpful stuff. Very comfortable beds.

Hot water would stop sometimes, apart from that everything great.

The entry gate was a bit of a hassle, especially in the rain trying to get the QR code to work. Beware the roads getting there can be steep and rough but the hotel grounds are well maintained.

The location was very nice, up in the hills with an incredible view. It is very peaceful. There is a path around the property that makes for a nice walk to see some nature, my daughter's (2 and 7) loved seeing all the birds and bugs. The room was very comfortable, the shower was excellent. There are floor to ceiling windows to appreciate the view and the room is secluded enough that nobody would walk by to see in. Breakfast was really nice, excellent omelettes. They were even able to have breakfast ready early so we could eat before a tour. They helped organise a tour for us and gave us information about Boquete and what to see. They gave us a contact for a taxi (which is required for getting to and from the town of Boquete; walking down to the town is very doable, but coming back uo the hill would be challenging). They organised airport transfer. All the staff were very friendly. The absolute best thing though was that my daughters left their teddies and we didn't realise until after we left. The hotel was able to get them posted to us next day delivery. We are so grateful for this.

The only thing worth mentioning is that the whole property is on a very steep slope. There's not much that can be done about this, but it is something to consider if staying here. We managed fine walking up and down and our airport shuttle was able to drive up and down the slope.

Very Nice location, near the town center, great attention, good breakfast, very clean, very well maintained, nice pillows and sheets, the security we felt inside the property was very good, the sound of a little creek outside the house, totally worth the visit

It’s located in a very steep hill, but it doesn’t affect the visit because you can move by car inside the property from the house to the restaurant if you don’t want to walk

Amazing place for relax, it is a bit further up from the centre but we had a car so this was perfect! Great view on volcano. Our studio was super clean - which is a rare thing in Panama, comfy beds and on top you have some kitchen amenities. Loved it!!

The rooms were really pleasant and the property was gorgeous! The staff was super friendly and always available to help. The breakfast was delicious and gracious portions. Definitely recommend to other travelers.
