This place is the best hotel in panama, period. I have stayed in most of the luxury hotels, in Panama City, and nothing compares. They bring good old days service and standards into modern, friendly, welcoming environment. The bed and bedding are superb, all sparkling clean everything, spacious rooms, amazing food in their restaurant. Comfortably located on a quiet side street. This is always my go to choice in the city. Yes I’m a returning client.

There were a few flys in the bathroom which I was surprised to see but I quickly took care of them and didn't see anymore during our stay.

The staff was excellent from the time we entered the hotel until the time we exited. All staff were friendly, accommodating, and kind. The room was clean and room service was prompt. Airport shuttle service was provided and the driver was prompt and kind. When checking in, we were greeted with a smile and kind word from all staff in the lobby and I found Juan who checked us in to be very professional, friendly, and accommodating. Regarding food, it was top notch. We only stayed one night but had a wonderful dinner and breakfast. The waiter was fantastic and had a lot of patience as I practiced speaking Spanish. He was very kind and allowed my hubby to take a photo of him and I which I appreciated. We will stay again in January and hope to see this waiter again to display my improvement in speaking the language. We had a wonderful experience staying at Bristol Panama! I am very particular about what hotels I choose and this one is at the top of my list.

The hotel needs upgrading. Besides that they have slick marble floors in the bathroom in many of the rooms. I was getting out of the bathtub and I slipped and fell. We asked for a different room but were told they all were like that.

The staff was truly excellent at this hotel. I made arrangements to have a car service pick us up from the airport and received numerous emails from the hotel confirming that a driver would be waiting for us. Upon our arrival, we were upgraded to a lovely room with a view of the city. We also had them arrange transportation to the marina where we met our ship. Everything was performed seamlessly and with a smile. Great stay!

Our air condition stopped working in the night but we called down and in 10 minutes there was a mechanic fixing and making it cool again. Slept well after that.

The only thing I personally didn't like were the pillows. They are very soft. Of course that's just a personal preference.

This is a beautiful hotel! The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. We had a king suite room that was very large for a very reasonable price. The bathroom was very large with a two person bathtub and a full sized walk-in shower. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and because I booked on Booking.com, the breakfast was free. We also had lunch in the hotel and again the food was very very good. I cannot say enough, good things about this hotel. If you decide to stay here, you will not regret it.

Very comfortable stay. The beds were probably among the best hotel beds we have ever stayed in. Very quiet at night. Good for sleeping. Very helpful staff. My husband lost a filling and needed emergency dental work. The staff helped us find a good dentist and book the appointment for us. Amazing breakfast. So much choice.
