I had an issue with one of the maid it was a family trip n kids was there so one of them spill Pepsi on one of the towel n the maid report it saying when she went to the room the towel was missing and when she get it back it was stain......so they lock us out our room when we go to the reception desk they say we have to pay 30USD for the towel so I tell them to give me the towel which we did wash and the towel ok so I was so upset about it that the maid didn't even try washing it.

I left my pasport at the frontdesk and I was very happy that they kept it safe for me. I liked the location. 8 minute walk from the del Carmen metro station.

The ramps in the parking garage are so steep that it's a scary drive up to parking. the decor is outdated with chocolate brown coverlets and chocolate brown curtains and chocolate brown loveseat which had a big cigarette burn hole in it. One of the rooms I stayed in had a small step down from the bathroom to the main room and easy trip and fall.

It is conveniently located...just a short walk from Balboa.I didn't use it but there was a beautiful rooftop Terrace and pool .

The ramp in the parking garage is so steep that I got stuck halfway up the second one and could neither go forward or back without spinning the tires. the decor could really use an upgrade in the rooms. The chocolate brown theme is depressing. the beds weren't terribly comfortable and the pillows must have come from an economy bin at the store because they had no loft or texture to them. You had four pillows and it took three to give you decent neck support. They are stingy with the towels that were again of an economy quality. the love seat in one of the rooms I occupied had a big burn hole in the arm and was from another decade.

the views from the upper pool deck were very nice.. you can see all the way to Casco Viejo between the buildings. That whole area was quite nice on the roof.The rooms were spacious, that smelled musty. it also has on-site parking but very Limited. The restaurant had very tasty and economically priced choices on the menu with both indoor and outdoor seating choices.

Cons: No fridge or bedside lamp in the room, but after reminding them five times, we got them. Sometimes they forgot to provide shower gel or toilet paper, but after a reminder, someone brought it within 20 minutes. The toilet broke but was fixed the next day. Some tiles in the bathroom were chipped. Overall: For $40 per night, this is an excellent choice! We stayed here twice during our trip to Panama.

A great hotel for the price! Pros: Good cleaning Spacious rooms—you could even dance in them! Decent pool, usually very few people, so we had it almost to ourselves. Excellent location: just a 5-10 minute walk to beautiful skyscrapers and the waterfront, and about 5 minutes to the metro. Powerful air conditioning.

Good location, near to the metro, clean place and nice staff. We enjoyed the pool and the food at the restaurant was exelent.

I found the shower drain sluggish. I am not keen on having water back up while showering. The bedroom could do with a bit more lighting.

The check-in staff was very efficient and friendly. The room was large. There was a walk-in closet with ample hangers (always a plus). The view from the room was fantastic. I did not have any problems falling asleep as there were no noises from outside. The bathroom was fine.

well hardly anyone speaks English there . there is no where for customers to do laundry . they wash towels every day and when we were checking out telling us that the towels were dirty I never herd such bullshit in my life the towels are white for a reason to use bleach to wash them
