We were a group of 4 and not enough towels/pillows. We requested additional ones and they were provided. The pool could’ve been cleaner. A lot of noise (but this was because of carnavales and the hotel was a couple steps away from the main stage).

The beds were comfortable, the location was great - near the boats. Everything you needed was close. The staff were great. Having breakfast on site was excellent. Overall good.

Staff was just meh, didn't really care anything. Breakfast is terrible! Food isn't fresh and pale. Not even the fruits are fresh. No pastry, no real cheese or eggs - just cheap artificial stuff. You better opt for the bakery around the corner

Bathroom rarely had any hot water, at some times of the didn't have much cold water. Noisy location, some of which wasn't hotels fault, but hotel was right under the flight path to Bocas Airport only about 500 m from the airport.

Pleasant hotel with really clean and well kept swimming pool. Free pool towels.Room was comfortable.

Although it is modern and well constructed, there are few things like loose plugs, loose shower door handles and gaps in the faux wood flooring that shatter the illusion a little bit. I had a towel that had obviously been stained by diarrhea at some point. Rather than throw it out, they washed it and put it back in circulation and I got it. I'm not saying it wasn't clean, it just looked really bad. I don't know about the main building, but in my room in building B there was no window to outside, only to the hallway and the walls didn't stop a lot of sound from my neighbours.

It's at the North end of the main street. It is probably one of the most modern hotels in Bocas. There is the main building where you check-in which is connected to the pool, and then across the backlane is a second building that is constructed much the same but only has rooms. You use key cards both for your room and to get into the building at night. Good wifi speed, unlike most of the places I've stayed in Bocas.

Its was noisy, we were above reception and got noise from trucks steaming past outside, from the person in the next room and from noise downstairs as people gathered waiting for trips or getting breakfast/coming back at night. Best get a room around the pool if you want to sleep best!

A lot of areas and things in our room and around the property were in disrepair. Also front and rear entrances were left wide open all night. No security AT ALL! I doubt we will stay there again.

Lack of security in second building. No elevator in 2nd building and its far away from pool and dinning room. Lobby assistance and atendance not in a good manner. They did not attend our request for not cleanning service.

I guess 10 years ago it used to be quite a decent hotel but now it’s just misery and abundance. The stuff is absolutely indifferent to anything, they don’t stop watching videos on their mobiles no matter what. No simple “Hello”, no reply to your “Good morning”, nothing. The building is old and made of wood, some sand is constantly falling down from the wooden ceiling in the room, naked wires in the bathroom instead of the lights. Besides, you will hear everything happening in the street as if you were sleeping right outside. Breakfast is basically non-existent though included in the price. Twice we came 15 minutes after the beginning and the plates were empty and not refilled even in 40 minutes. The pool is dirty and smells strange like they overload it with chemicals instead of changing the water once in a while. The icing on the cake was the construction works on the road right in front of the hotel. Everything on the balcony became dusty. Due to the rain, all this dirt on the road becomes knee-high mud that you bring to the hotel on your feet but nobody bothers to clean the stairs and the floor. When the construction vehicles passed by the whole building was shaking and scaring you to death that it would collapse as a house of cards. Of course, not the hotel to blame but would be nice to let you know in advance or at least to say something like “sorry for the inconvenience”, but as I said the stuff doesn’t give a damn about anything. Booked the room for 4 nights and just ran away without asking any refund.

Odor was coming from all the drains in the bathroom which made it smell like sewage. The pool was murky, the front desk staff were unpleasant. We traveled during carnival festival and the main stage was right by the hotel. Music was blasting outside until 5am making it hard to sleep without ear plugs.

Relatively clean rooms aside from the bathroom odor. Showers were big. Good water pressure. Room was cheap.

The pool wasn’t enjoyable. There was a guest playing music quite loudly all day right next to our room, and the pool had lots of families with loud children. We had ask several times for our shower to be fixed when we discovered there was no hot water. We took cold showers the first day. Luckily, it was fixed on the second. Disappointed with breakfast.

Beds were very comfortable, with clean, crisp sheets. The A/C worked very well.

Showers were mostly cold -luke warm at best and not powerful. Toilet kept blocking, don’t know if this was because we were in the attic rooms (plunger by the toilet and hot water tap very loose on the wall)
