There were not enought staff to cover the ammount of people. Food waiting time was very long, service of drinks took a while, even small things like soup missing in the room or fix a curtain, staff never show-up. If they fix this defenetly will stay again in this hotel.

Amazing location front view to the sea, great for surfing. Breakfast was good & facility are very nice.

The organization of service is very poor. Personnel is very friendly but poorly trained. The time from entering to serving went sometimes up to an hour!!! This can be improved with proper training.

Pool had something that damage my clothing. Like lime. Fish was not well cooked. Had to request kitchen to cook again. Lobby person did not provide basic info on close hospitals, clinic or ambulance service if needed at urgency. Bad service

The road to get to playa caracol area is in poor conditions. We had dinner and the fried calamari was overcooked and the waiter took very long to attend to us and to bring us the bill

Great amenities, i really liked the kitchenette and all it included. It was really comfortable to stay in. The pool area was really clean.

We did not get clean towels on our second day. We asked via chat, tried calling the Front Desk and never got an answer. I had to go down at night to get a new set because otherwise I wouldnt of gotten them.

Breakfast was excellent to be an included buffet. Tortillas and French Toasts were superb. Also de smoked salmon.

The staff in the restaurant doesn’t speak English. There was 1 nice lady who could, really making an effort but when she was not there the staff seemed lost. With my basic Spanish I tried to make myself understandable but all the time they laughed shy and took off or brought a tablet to translate. Quite frustrating. It is quite windy at night and you will hear it (at least where we were at 7th floor). Also we were next to an elevator which has a loud bell when it opens. In the night at 5am-6am this a bit annoying and it was everyday because of construction staff starting early. I did ask if they could do anything to switch that sound off because it also goes off at other times probably from other guests using it in the night. They couldn’t change it and apologised for that. If there is a way to disable elevator sound, make the alley/door/balcony wind proof and train staff in the restaurant to speak basic English? Then you have a great formula to serve your guests well and I’m sure many will return!

Beautiful pool, nice beach + sea, friendly staff at reception. DJ at Sunday is a nice add on! Great new spacious gym with Technogym. Good value for money!

Staff restaurant was a bit lost with orders, they can get a bit more training but overall they were nice.

The hotel itself was amazing, super comfortable and great for the pricing. We went as a family and it was nice to see it was family friendly the pool and othe amenities.

The check-in process could be improved, our room was ready 1hour later than originally planned, The staff though was very helpful and allowed us to check-out later as a gesture of goodwill.

Overall the hotel meet our expectations: in front of the beach, clean, a place to eat with a good selection.

I didn't liked the status of the road from the "Interamericana" to Playa Caracol, there are so many holes, I know this is no responsibility of the Hotel, but that's the only complain I have of my trip.

Bad road getting there. Full of potholes and heavy truck traffic Restaurant food just mediocre. Poorly trained wait staff. Never returned to ck on us or refill coffee/water. Cold eggs, toast not toasted. Pina Colada was all coconut and a little pineapple. It was foamy, not icy. I had to return my dirty martini. I have never done that before - ever.
