The food needs HELP Restaurants only 1 is good ( steak house ) Asian restaurant horrible ever thing they gave you was no good I would also say they need to take time when cleaning rooms and utensils used in food area plates still had food on them spoon and forks Was not clean people put there hands in ice area at the buffet I had to clean my room my self ( I’m ok with that ) if they take there time it would be better they need more safe that will interact with you to make the place more lively that way they give you more of a fill make you feel like they happy to have you they over price for some things but other than that it was good

Round playa Blanca is a very nice place to come and stay and kick back and relax not much to do there but if you looking for a chill setting this will be the place

The bathtub in our room was too high to climb. Not very safe for elder people, like my mom. They did not have rooms available with showers instead for the type if room we rented.

Clean and modern right in front of the beach. Nice pools. Excellent food and entertainment. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Restaurants are huge & all are very noisy. Extremely loud & busy at main pool due to constant entertainment & thumping music. Young people did not mind it, only abuela did not like the noise.

They didn’t manage to inform us that after check out we had until 2 pm to be at the hotel otherwise we should wait at the lobby. So they went to look for us. If we received the info we would follow those instructions. Anyway hotel is really good!!!!

They managed to help us out with proper food for our babies which I highly appreciate, New Year’s Eve dinner and party was really excellent. We had such a good time in family, we traveled 12 adults + kids

I didn't like the horses on the beach: the smell and the feces were carried away by the ocean. The horses stood all day in the sun and on the hot sand without water. It was a very sad sight. The hotel is huge, but there are only a few showers on the beach. There are no restaurant reservations, so you have to wait an indefinite amount of time. You can't adjust the air conditioning in the room yourself.

The food was varied, and the hotel's surroundings were beautiful. Many activities were offered, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean.

On check in: The reception machine didn’t work with our cards while it worked normally when we went to Spot 99 to withdraw money! Couldn’t find an ATM machine when we needed cash Couldn’t find a pharmacy when I felt sick It will be better if this property is for adults only no families no kids The bad environment of the Italian restaurant, very very noisy specially from the kitchen area Type of music at the pool is very old, It has to be mix, not only 80’s .. it’s very annoying.. at least it has to be some mixing of house music, pool spirit, tried to ask how to change it, they told us it’s the animation teem who are controlling it far away from the main pool ! I was surprised about the color of the beach, it’s not matching with the name of Playa Blanca

As mentioned, the restaurant options schedules were all over the place, they didn't open at the scheduled time or were pretty full, no reservations allowed it was first in first out, and that was a pain with all the people around.

The amenities and facilities were great, the buffet options as well, only downside was the restaurant options that were pretty limited and didn't comply with the shared schedule on them.

A la carte restaurants have a very basic menu, the Italian one is even worse than the buffet. The hotel is way past its renovation date.

Easy access to the beach, which is not crowded. Most guests seem to prefer the pools. Staff is friendly and they obviously strive to provide the best service despite being understaffed and overworked. The hotel is clean.

Low air conditioning in restaurants, almost felt hot, and many flies inside… the beds I thought I read were queen size but really were like twin beds

Room was extremely humid! Our clothes were wet all the time. Biggest pool is adult only, they are not the cleanest I’ve seen.

Food was good, drinks also! At the bar there was not much queue so you were served pretty quick. There are lots of areas to hang out and the beach was great too - horsemen were not a problem so don’t worry. Sportsbar was super cool!

The hotel needs some maintenance. The water tap in the bathroom was rusty. I had multiple issues with the bedroom door. The towels don't have a fresh smell.

What I didn't like is that some staff do not speak English, the DJs was playing mostly Spanish music even in the night club 98% Spanish music a lot of ppl was walking out.

The hotel exceeded my expectations !! it's very beautiful. The staff was always courteous with a smile and food was tasty.

Only thing that is not in Riu fault is that beach has horse renting which makes the beach dirty and not really amazing.

Excellent personal, the animation team is amazing. Specialty restaurant are excellent and buffet is very good. Drinks are right enough. Room is housekeeping personal are great.
