Overall we had a very good experience. When we arrived they put us in rooms on the 6th floor, the rooms were very humid and the air conditioner was very noisy. We asked to change rooms and they moved us to a room on another floor. The room is very large and spacious. The shower is large and comfortable.

The hotel doesn't have as many outdoor and nature activities as we expected. There is a butterfly room outside, not very large. The sloth monkey farm is not active. There is a very impressive golf course. Those who are not professionals should tell them (because they don't ask) and then they will take them to a specific area for practice shots. It was a particularly fun and enjoyable experience! The pool and gym are not of a high standard.

The front office staff was very friendly and accommodating. The view is nice and the location is peaceful. Breakfast was pretty good.

Our family room (for 4 people) had only 3 hooks for the towels. Upon arrival we were missing two towels and requested towels were not delivered, we had to go back again. Sockets were loosely attached to the wall, could use some maintenance.

    Location big room.

The hotel is relatively run down. Breakfast is ok for one or two days but wouldn't want to eat this for longer

The location was great. Our room had a balcony overlooking the golf course and we could even see the city skyline in the distance. The a/c worked well and the room was comfortable and clean.

The pool area was disappointing. We missed the lounge chairs that used to be next to the main pool. Now it is mostly just tables and chairs. Also having to provide personal ID as collateral for pool towels was strange.

The reception staff were lovely. The bed was reasonably comfortable. There was hot water. The rainforest view was glorious.

Food is disgusting, I paid $13 for the most pathetic, cold plate of nachos and they did nothing about it when I queried it. They made you pay for food before even receiving it which was odd. The room was extremely tired, flooded from rain, had broken switches, mold, heating that didn't work, TV that didn't work, needed a damn good refurbishment. I would not book here again go to Gamboa, far superior. This was my 2nd time here. Never again. They offered me replacement, rubbish nachos at 10am in the morning.....whilst I was eating breakfast. Which. Was also rubbish. Such potential, but so poorly managed

I loved the nature, the comfortable rooms, and warm and friendly staff.

A vending machine for drinks and a few other snack options would be excellent

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful but the complimentary tour around the property woth Carlos was the real standout.

Access to a vending machine with at least bottles of water would go along way towards making the stay exceptional.

    The forest nearby is protected.

The noise was astounding. Blaring music and can’t even hear anything at check-in and then it only got worse over evening. And the construction literally in the room above was inconsiderate. Could have moved me, at the very least. And the repetitive shots fired and shouting from neighboring police academy detracts from the forest.

Location and eco trails were excellent. Birds and animals awesome! Balcony view gorgeous. Food was great!

One of the pools was very dirty and not swimmable. I was told I could order drinks all night, but they only served beer after 10:30pm. This was a disappointment as my friend was gluten free and could not drink beer. The ice machine was hard to find and not on my floor.
