Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PanamaOne bed had yellow stained sheets. I was fortunate to use the other bed that night. Breakfast experience was Horrible for me and other guests the morning of May 1st. It took 50 min to order. When the food came the order was incorrect and we had to wait with no utensils to eat. Coffee and juice came after I ate. Total breakfast time was 1hr and 10 min for bad food.
The room was comfortable, towels were soft. Everything worked. Thanks for the courtesy water bottles.

The property was in the centre of town so was perfect for walking around and shopping and going to different restaurants. The staff were excellent despite our inability to speak very much Spanish at all and they spoke no English. The included breakfast was nice but nothing fancy.

United StatesThe room is SUPER small and the pics do not make that apparent. Theres NO hot water. You can’t leave the AC on to cool your room if you leave for a bit because in order to use AC, you have to put the room key in a gizmo by the door.
