The room was a bit dirty and in need of maintenance. Although the host was kind enough to offer a shuttle to the airport, I found it too expensive (10 USD), considering you can walk about 10 minutes to the Avenue and take a bus to the airport for 1 USD (however it is recommended to leave early as it may take some time for it to arrive). There isn't much to do in the town, but the location is good if you have your flight in the Panama Pacific Airport.

The hotel is very close to the Pacific Airport, the staff is very kind, they help you find food options or transportation. It has a nice pool (a bit dirty when we arrived though). Nice to have cable tv.

The room and facilities were clean. Good value for money. Carlos was very friendly and helpful. We felt safe staying there. Nice to have a pool for the price we paid

Nothing to see/do in the neighbourhood, but it is a great location for the BLB airport

Staff are fantastic! The manager helped me get online, took us to an ATM and supermarket, ordered delivery for us and was really friendly throughout our stay. Wifi was stable and high speed.

The proprietor Carlos was extremely accomodating and friendly, even going so far as to give me a ride to the airport the following morning when I had difficulty getting a taxi. He was a very likeable character with good banter and a ready joke. I couldn't recommend his services enough

The room was dirty. Old mattress uncomfortable. Washroom very small with window public could see in. Swimming pool rented out daily. Full if screaming kids. Loud monotonous music until late at night. Poor wifi inside room. I booked fir 6 nights. Stated 3. Owner sarcastic but refunded me cash as I paid cash. Would not serve me food or drink afterwards. Terrible. Hotel Montreal way better

Mr Carlos great service and manners he offered a clear explanation on usage of room amenities and areas, the pool was available after midnight they had great music you even can connect your own phone to play the music you like by turn, I will definately go back to that place.

It was all bad read my comment above. Its a dump.

It was a dump. We booked three rooms as the price looked good and it was close to airport for early flight next morning. The reviews looked great so did this picture. The hotel is a smelly mess in the hood. As we entered the front door there was s street person on the lobby couch. Seriously. Lucky we held our cab to wait. It took 30 seconds to decide not to risk the stay. We drove to Westin and lucky they had rooms available.

They weren’t at the desk when I came so I had to ask the neighbor to help me call at 1am, the room is hard used old and also very dirty with hairs everywhere. Then there was no electricity and no water at all.

Transportation from the hotel to the city could be a bit tricky, but the staff will help you with it.

The bed was very squeaky, the shower had flies all over. They locked up the doors of the hotel at night and we had to find a way to get out because we had a show to attend. When we came back it was locked again and we couldn't get in. We banged on doors, rang doorbell, called and wrote and no one answered. We had to sleep un the car for 2 hrs until I called again and seems like we woke them up. The staff was rude and unfriendly after that.
