The noise was awful, on some nights, it would go on until 6 am!

Location was fantastic, right nin the middle of it, we loved it. Staff were very friendly and helpful but not always around. we had an issue with lack of hot water but this was fixed straight away. The restaurant on site was amazing! There is a bar in the rooftop which was great but the music goes on until the early hours of the morning. The room was beautiful with seaview and a lovely balcony.

When we stayed in the hotel, there was a party going on somewhere (maybe the bar upstairs or another party nearby) which lasted until 4 in the morning. The music was very very loud, definitely not nice. I don't know if these parties happen more often. The windows do not close properly, so we could hear all the music all night long. Apart from this experience, the hotel is good!

The accommodation is good. We had an appartment with four persons. The sleeping couch is good, better than expected. The location is good, it's in the safe part of Casco Viejo. However, we didn't like to noise from the streetside.

As others have said, you do get a kits of noise from the music which comes from a hostel a couple of doors away but with some eye plugs we still it a good night sleep. If you are sensitive to noise this might not be the place for you.

The location is fabulous. We had a big room near the top and it was really comfortable. There is also a fabulous roof bar with good cocktails and fabulous views.

The water heater sometimes did not turn on, which was a bit uncomfortable, despite the hot weather. The terrace was very nice, but it's close to the restaurant and during dinner hours there is a strong cooking oil smell.

We loved the location and the atmosphere of this little hotel. There are cafes and restaurants close by. The staff were helpful and accommodating when we arrived very early. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

So far I've tried three hotels in this city and every one of them has a brief spurt of tepid water, and then my shower gets cool. I really like hot showers and I don't understand how all three hotels including Oasis just have tepid water if you're lucky.

I expected a typical hotel room and got a suite. It even provided china and silverware. It had a refrigerator and a freezer and microwave. So the room itself was really great. The staff were friendly. The location is really good because it's at the entrance to the old city so you don't get completely bogged down in traffic trying to get to the hotel. In The Old City there are innumerable restaurants and so forth.

Friendly and helpful staff, very spacious lovely room (7) with balcony. We had a nice room with a beautiful view to skyscrapers of Panama. Great location. Close to Coca-Cola Cafe and other interesting places. The rooftop bar was noisy (expected over the weekend, Oasis provide earplugs).

We booked a room for 3 and had only one double bed in it. They wanted to charge extra for an additional bed at our arrival. They should let us know about that in advance. Basically they sold us a 2 person room for 3 of us, so we needed to improvise.

We had a nice room with a beautiful view to skyscrapers of Panama. We just stayed one night, but got a nice feeling of the bustle and hustle of Casco Viejo.

The reception area could do with a bit of an update but that's just being picky

Friendly and helpful staff, very spacious lovely rooms with balconies (both times I stayed there), good restaurant downstairs and great roof bar upstairs. It's not that easy to find - a little doorway sandwiched betweenLa Toscana restaurant and La Pizzeria, and the reception is small, stuffy and dark but the rooms/apartments are fab! And yes on a Saturday night it is noisy late but if you're bothered about noise then better not stay in Casco Viejo but go to a soulless soundproofed skyscraper chain hotel in the new part of the city.

Loved it all but the reception area could do with a face-lift!

The first time I stayed in room 1 which is fab!: a spacious duplex apartment with balcony and sea view. When I went back I stayed in room 7, smaller but still fab and still sea view from balcony. The entrance is hard to find: small, stuffy, and uninspiring but don't be deceived! The rooms are cool and the rooftop bar is great too with stunning views. People complain about the noise at night .... this is Casco Viejo, the old town. It's got life! If you're bothered about noise go and stay in a soundproofed room in Sofitel for US$500+ per night or some soulless Hilton type hotel in new Panama! PS. Oasis provide earplugs !! PPS. And the staff are very friendly:)
