A friend recommended this special hotel to me because he's stayed here several times for work. This was a great recommendation, because now I, too (who will have to return to Panama frequently for work), will be using it again and again. I recommend it to anyone who needs a stay, even for a few days for work or vacation.

I loved everything about Orho! Location; in a safe area, accessibility; close to everything, decor, cleanliness. But what really stood out was the personal attention of the owner Rey. He treated me like a Queen. Upgraded my room without extra charge. He is kind, respectful, a true gentleman. His place is impeccable. peaceful and beautifully decorated His staff is the best, ready to help at all times. Do yourself a favor, next time in Panama City stay at Orho.

The ambience is excellent. The patio outside was very welcoming and chill. The room and bathroom were clean and great in size. Air conditioning was strong and needed. The bed was very comfortable. Reception was quick and easy. I had complimentary coffee upon arrival and in the morning. The location is in a safe neighbor and within walking distance of quite a few restaurants. Will stay again in the future.

There was a mix-up about my transport to Albrook Mall. The morning desk clerk's limited English was a challenge.

I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience for the start of my trip in Panama. The room was large, incredibly comfortable, and perfectly quiet - yet the location was great, with plenty of restaurants and everything easily accessible. What really made this place special, though, was the owner. He runs everything with genuine heart and care. He was always around, always helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and well taken care of. From helpful advice to thoughtful little gestures, it was clear he truly cares about his guests :) And as a lovely bonus, his sweet and friendly dog added so much character and warmth to the place & made it feel even more like a home away from home. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. It’s rare to find a combination of comfort, great location, and heartfelt hospitality like this. A huge thank you for such a beautiful stay!

Perfect location, an easy walk to the waterside, close to amenities, restaurants, and public transport. Great ambience, beautiful interior, lots of attention to detail, and everything you could need. Wonderful warm host, lots of excellent recommendations and advice on places to visit, things to do, and good food options, nothing was too much trouble. Staying here really added to my experience of Panama City, it was especially good as a lone female traveller, I felt safe and wonderfully looked after. Thoroughly recommend.

The owner of the hotel was very nice and extremely welcoming. The hotel is a very nice boutique hotel in the city's financial district and very close to the coastal walk/bike path. This is a wonderful location if you are staying a few days to see the city. Safe and close to many cafe's and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again Robert (Michigan USA)

These are very trivial things and by no means detracted from our stay: I could see it being really difficult to locate the front/entrance of the property if you don't already know where it is (we didn't have this issue since the host brought us to the hotel from the airport himself). The entrance is an unmarked, nondescript locked black gate on a street with a few other private properties - it took me a few outings to remember which gate was the hotel's. The lock on the front gate is also a bit sticky/fiddly and you have to really jiggle the key just right to lock/unlock it, which was a bit cumbersome when coming and going. There are not very many shops or restaurants in the immediate neighborhood.

We arranged pickup from the airport on our arrival (an extra $28 fee) and one of the owners, Domenico, himself came to fetch us. Domenico and Rey were incredibly warm, friendly, and gracious hosts - Domenico even gave us some great insider tips about for some lesser-known attractions in the city. The rooms are beautifully furnished with a highly personal feel, very comfortable (with strong air conditioning!), and perfectly clean, and the common areas of the hotel are very stylish and welcoming - the place really has the feel of an indie boutique hotel. The premises have a private, locked gate (to which you are given your own key so you can come and go as you please), which makes everything feel extra safe. And the sweet golden retriever Brienne who greets you at the door is the absolute highlight of it all!

Located in a safe area. The airconditioning was good to control so it gave a perfect temperature to sleep well on a very comfy bed.. The host was very friendly and had good recommendations! And not forgetting about the lovely housedog I fell in love with. Conclusion: super stay!
