Despite the hotel is wonderful and comfortable, itis not really connected to other landmarks of the city. You need to move by car or subway to downton in order to visit other relevant places such as restaurants, bars or museums.

Nice buffet breakfast in Canal Bistro located in the lobby. Crowded but with plenty room. The hotel is attached to Albrook Mall, so commuting is easy. The room I was assigned had a nice view to Ancon Hill where a huge Panama flag is waving.

Breakfast was amazing taste was great,the persons who clean my room was really really clean I was looking for a fault but good not find any. The location was perfect for my wife and daughter it was very safe and convenient for shopping. I will definitely be back to Marriott hotel in allbrook mall

The room I got could’ve had a window that was my only problem. I suffer with my sinus and the room being enclosed was a tad problem for me personally. Besides that everything was amazing.

We were unable to charge things to the room which was very inconvenient to pay for small items (bottled water and snacks) and room service at every occurrence. On the last day of our trip, the restaurant staff asked us to leave the breakfast buffet at 9:45 am although breakfast ends at 10:00 am.

The hotel was very clean and staff was usually very helpful and friendly. The amenities are also very well maintained. Our room was cleaned every day during our visit and toiletries were refreshed daily. The location is very convenient as the hotel is connected to the mall. It also wasn't too far from the active parts of the city.

Clean. Friendly staff. Catered to all. Allowed for early check in and late check out. Literally stepped into the mall. Transportation was very easily arranged with the hotel taxis and it was safe. Breakfast was different everyday There was desk to arrange for tours

The location inside Albrook Shopping Mall allowed us to enjoy access to a wide range of services/ shopping . Ideally located close to the Panama Canal and access to metro/ bus. Very good breakfast, with a wide spread changed daily .

First and foremost, the staff were exceptional — warm, professional, and genuinely caring. We had very early and late flights, and they graciously provided early check-in and late check-out, which made our travel days so much more manageable. That kind of flexibility and hospitality is rare and very appreciated! The location is unbeatable — directly connected to Albrook Mall, one of the largest shopping centers in Latin America. It was incredibly convenient to have such a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and even a supermarket just steps away. Whether we needed a quick bite, souvenirs, or a stroll, everything was right there. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with modern furnishings and a great layout for relaxing after a day of exploring. The beds were plush and inviting, and housekeeping kept everything spotless throughout our stay. We also loved the breakfast buffet — a delicious spread of both local and international options, with fresh fruits, made-to-order eggs, pastries, and more. It was the perfect way to start each day, and the staff in the dining area were just as wonderful as the rest of the team.

Everything was Amazing, from Staff Service, Room Service and Food. Breakfast was great and we had 1 dinner in Restaurant and it was the best meal I personally had in Panama for my vacation Cannot wait to return
