Trinidad and Tobago-The lighting was abit dim, -The AC unit should beable to raise it's temperature to become abit cool/ warm for persons like me who freeze easily... I had to switch off the units for a couple days. -I wish there were an accessible balcony for my room -better external ventilation needed for the toilet area
Everything was exceptional, I had no issues with any thing at all. All staff encountered were friendly and helpful and all facilities offered, service and comfort was amazing.

The Hotel has good value for money. The room 1810 is great the view very beautiful. Location of the hotel is excellent close to every where. Front desk staff Diego and Nehemiah are very helpful and communicate very well. Internet in the room is good.

BarbadosThere needs to be an improvement in the breakfast provided. The same options were provided each day. The rooms could be cleaned better. On one occasion, the garbage wasn’t taken out for two days, and then a wet cloth was left on the work desk. Those matters were resolved with a visit to the front desk. The guest laundry service machines need to be upgraded. Machines were rusted or unclean, and we felt that disinfecting was necessary prior to use.

CuraçaoAlthough the there's nearly nothing to dislike, we wished we had a microwave too in the room to make quick meals for the kids. Regarding breakfast, for fruits we only had papaya, pineapple and banana for the whole week+ stay. So a small addition or change in variety of fruits would be nice.
The hotel is very nice and has spacious rooms. Everything in the rooms was nice and comfortable. We loved the kindness of the front desk agents and the ladies keeping our rooms clean and pleasant. The pool is small but nice. Breakfast is great! The location i perfect for public transportation with the Metro station just there like 2 minutes walk from the front dek.
