Great location. We like their formula of apartment instead of rooms. It was spacious and all our everyday needs were satisfied. The staff was extremely helpful for us as first-time visitors. They went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable and unforgettable.

The place is beautiful, Casco Viejo is amazing, the restaurant at Las Clementinas, Mahalo, is great!!!, and the lady at the front desk she was amazing.

Just a little bit of noise because Casco Viejo has a lot of party around, but the good thing is that in Clementinas, they have a double window system to minimize the noise.

Great location in Casco Viejo, nice views, the rooms are exactly as in the pictures, fully equipped kitchen . The staff is very friendly and helpful with everything. The breakfast is not included but you can have at the restaurant that is excellent (as well as lunch and dinner).

Unfortunately the neighborhood is noisy in the night although the rooms are equipped with double windows.

It was my second time at this property within a short time period. Unfortunately, I had lost my phone and was facing some worst case scenarios as a result. The concierge, Fabiola, walked me to the nearby electronic store for a sim card for my replacement phone. I was given a lot of help for the police report and subsequent visit to the prosecutors office. And when some of my financial accounts got locked, I was graciously trusted to pay when I could. During an incredibly tough week, I honestly felt like this hotel and the staff had my back. Made a sizable difference for what could have been a much worse experience.

Las Clementinas and Fabiola really came through for me during a day gone wrong. I was meant to go on a 3 night trip to San Blas when a fallen lampost caused the trip to be cancelled. After spending half the day at a petrol station, my group had to head back to Panama City. Fabiola managed to get me a clean room with little notice. The luggage I had left in hotel storage was waiting for me in the room as well.

We loved the location in the old part of town. The staff were nice. Room was very comfortable. The restaurant downstairs was exceptional! We had an option of outdoor dining in a gorgeous patio surrounded by tropical trees and plants.

The room was a bit dark. Water pressure in shower was a bit low.

NOTHING, I did not get a chance to stay at this place because it baits and switch the hotel. The hotel provided on this site was not the one they sent to me. The code they sent was for the building on this site, however the hotel room I had was in a sister building with no address provided, no information about it in the lobby, no one to assist you.

Extremely bad customer service, partly because it appears they are poorly integrated with booking.com. They do not answer your phone calls either via call or WhatsApp. If you call the emergency number, they do not pick up. Also, their lobby is not really a lobby a shared with a restaurant. The receptionist is gone after 8PM even though it is a hotel so if your flight is delayed like mine you may be out of luck. The hotel is advertised with the a specific address. I was assigned a room in a sister building. That building is unknown, there is no address provided, no directions provided, no information about that sister building in the lobby or their website. No one present to help you out and they do not return your call or answer your Whatsapp messages either.

Hotel Las Clementinas is located in ‘Casco Viejo’, set in a beautifully classic colonial-style environment, with French-style balconies, narrow streets, and incredibly friendly people. The adjoining café/restaurant/cocktail bar is a bull’s-eye for breakfast, dinner, and classic cocktails. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated in a classic style.

Wonderful staff and great location! We were there on a 36 hour layover, so very much enjoyed being in Casco Viejo and felt safe. The accommodations are so much bigger than we had anticipated. Bed super comfortable, gorgeous spacious bathroom. Absolutely beautiful. 11/10 and will definitely stay here on our next trip. Had a cooking class with Chef Dave down the road also 11/10 experience, look him up!

It was great, the only issue was a drippy faucet and a plant that needed some water. So we watered it with the drippy faucet :)

We wanted to explore Casco Viejo for a few days and so Las Clementinas was the best choice! The apartment was beautifully designed and super clean. (Exactly how it is portrayed in the pictures)The personnel were all very polite and helpful. The location is fantastic as you are very close to a lot of the museums and great eateries! One of the best restaurants in town “Mahalo” is literally downstairs, so you can get an excellent breakfast, brunch, lunch, happy hour or dinner. They provide transport to and from the airport upon request which was very handy. Our apartment was indeed sound proofed and safe, so overall our stay was very relaxing and stress-free! We highly recommend it.

Beautiful, spacious room with a wraparound balcony offering great light and charm. Everything was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the hot shower had excellent water pressure. Staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Loved the convenience of electronic access codes — no keys to worry about. The restaurant downstairs was fantastic — a true highlight. Would absolutely stay here again.

The restaurant next door, Mahalo, was excellent. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Great air conditioning in the room and VERY clean.

Just for me personally, the outside stairs were a little scary but the staff assisted me with luggage.

Great food downstairs and best AC we experienced in Panama! It felt like home whenever we returned!
