We had to wait for our dinner a bit longer that we would have liked and there was not such a big selection.

Their garden is lush and colorful and the children loved the pool. The room was a good side and the staff was friendly. We only stopped for one night, but had dinner and breakfast there and didn't have to drive to another restaurant. Also the closest beach was very nice for a couple of hours in the morning.

Lots of locals came at the weekend and couldn't move in the pool. Lots of noise. But they left in the evening.

There is some tree that is over the awning and roof of the room. It kept dropping things onto the tin roof and startled me many times. It is a beautiful tree, just noisy.

The manager bent over backwards to assist in any way possible. The bed was comfortable. The room was very clean.

Just the shower pressure was really bad, so bad that you couldn’t have the shower head on and sometimes it would just be a slow running pour from the tap and I’d cup my hands to fill up enough water to wash an area on my body.

The big comfy room and bed, it was clean and the air con was lovely. I loved the hammock on the deck, the pool was fun and clean. The restaurant attached is delicious and so well priced, I ate here everyday and really enjoyed the meals, Roberta at the restaurant was a wonderful person who took care of me. Beautiful tropical gardens located on the property.

The price could be lower for what you get.

Overall very positive experience. The room was simple and pretty small, but very clean. The staff was very friendly. The hammock on the porch was a super cool addition. It's located a 5-minute walk from Playa Serena. An on-site restaurant is very recommended. They serve tasty food at a reasonable price.

There was no refrigerator. There were ants and iguana in the room. Our last day, we ordered a bacon cheeseburger, we got a hamburger with ham and uncooked bacon. We had to take it back twice to get it to that point. There was a large group there and that seemed to be the priority

The outdoor setting was beautiful, beautiful plants and tropical scenery. There was a young man on the day shift that was very pleasant and spoke some English. Very good host.Very accommodating.

Bed bugs!!! Very small room. There's no space to put the luggage. We moved to a different place after 1 night. It was terrible. There were no towels and we had to go get towels. No toiletries. No hot water.

The only thing I didn't like was on my last day there the shower stopped working after I was already latter up with soap. I couldn't rinse of properly.

The staff was fantastic. Food was also fantastic. The front desk clerk, Marcella was exceptional. She went above and beyond her duties. Which I truly appreciated because I had a long day of travelling.. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice get-a-way.

No hot water in the shower, water pressure is really bad and on the last day when checking by out right when I needed to take a shower there was no water at all.

The listing does not match what we were given. It is just small bedroom with a private bathroom and nothing else. The listing stated large closet, coffee pot, mosquito net, and refrigerator, none of these are accurate. If you want coffee, you need to pay for it.
