Eceptional perfect

The restaurant was close, but the breakfast was normal but deliviousme

The room is basic but clean, what we expected, still good value for money. The garden is a beauty in an overcrowded and quite dirty city. What flabbergasted us was the quality of the cooking in the restaurant, unexpectly refined whereas prices are just typical, The place is 10 minutes from the airport, a great starting or ending point for vacations.

Basic bathroom. Typical for Latin American, might disappoint westerners not used to travelling.

Good stuff. Good breakfast everyone is very friendly

We stay in the container room. No hot shower. The bed is very uncomfortable and the Aircon is very loud. We couldn’t sleep good.

We had a flat tire, and they watched us change it in their lot in zero shade, we are in our 60's. Then informed us the electricity was out so we would need to go to the other property which was fine as it was a bigger room and nearer the beach. But we had to walk 10 minutes with luggage in the heat. Our car needed to stay at the restaurant location as that was safe parking inside a locked gate. Would have been nice if they had offered us a ride to other facility. Then next morning when we walked back to get our car the gate was locked. No one would answer so I walked back to first property to let them know what they told us that morning about the gate being unlocked was not happening. Mostly poor communication between the two properties.

Good food, good price, nice beach and some staff were very friendly.

Unfortunately there were a few things that missed the mark: rooms look a little bare, mattresses were very uncomfortable (you could literally the springs digging in your back), very little staff so we didn’t get our room cleaned not once during our stay, there needs to be some kind of maintenance of the room we stayed in because there were broken windows in the bathroom which let mosquitoes get inside and the shower drain had sharp edges sticking out. Lastly, we stayed at the beach house near the beach but breakfast was served at a different location (about 10 min walk).

The rooms were tiny, and the beds' mattress was not of good quality

We liked everything… the location (a 5 minutes walk to the beach), the hammocks to relax, the *really* fantastic food, the attention by the lovely owners. We’ll definitely return!

I stayed at Killian beach house. One house from the beach. Perfect for walking! My room #3 was huge and perfect. Lots of windows, view of the ocean

The food at the restaurant and the service was exceptional

Very friendly staff, nice restaurant with good food and cool music. The common sitting area is open and comfy. The bed was comfortable.

The room looks a bit shabby, it could use some TLC. One pane of glass of the window was replaced by wood. It was ok for 1 night but I wouldn't have liked to stay longer.

Location was excellent with being just steps away from the beach. The host was lovely and very attentive and security was top notch. Breakfast was good.

Beds were the most uncomfortable we’ve ever experienced. Think the mattresses were missing and we were on the box springs. Quite painful by morning. Bring earplugs as the rooster next door and the barking beach dogs will have you up starting at 4 a.m. The restaurant is not at the same location as accommodations. About a 5 min walk which isn’t a big deal but we thought it was where we were staying.

The space fornlounging was large and airy, with lots of sunlight and places to sit and lounge. The food was affordable and accomodated my vegan diet

It was quaint but bare. Not much to do and the staff provided little help to get around and do activities. The oictures were not accurate for the room and ot lacked a water heater. The property was locked early at night and the next morning so we missed a party and the sunrise.
