(1) Internet / wifi connection was unbelievably slow. It was practically useless, so the situation has forced me to buy a local mobile data plan and create my own hotspot with my phone. (2) There was NO chair in the room, while on the Booking.com pics there is definitely one. Despite my instant complaint, I've never received a chair during my stay. In order to do some work, I had to put the shoe bench in front of the desk. You can imagine how 'comfortable' it was.. xD (3) During a three night stay, there was no cleaning service at all. I was mostly out in the city, and the hotel staff never entered the room. I even had to get rid of the thrash on my own. Ok, this is ofc doable, but in a four star hotel?

(1) The location. Only two streets away from the seafront, and less than 5 minutes away from the nearest metro station (Loteria). (2) The rooftop pool and the views. Regardless that I visited the hotel during rainy season, the views on different part of the city were still very captivating.

The unfortunate thing about this hotel is the location. There are many sex workers, drug addicts and homeless people directly outside the property. This is not fault of the hotel but I did not feel safe walking around this area. I only took ubers. Avoid the area in general. Much safer to stay in Old Town or Marbella.

The value for money with this hotel is great. The pool was amazing and one of best views in the city.

The window in the first room was so dirty you could not see anything outside. The safe didn't work either. They changed us to another room where the windows were less dirty but you could still tell they were never washed. The safe did not work and they hotel never fixed it even though we asked 5 times. The WiFi did not reach our room so we had to rely on our phone data because we could never use the hotel's wifi. We had to ask everyday for the room to be cleaned otherwise they wouldn't have done it, like it happened the first day. The restaurant and bars do not work. The shower did not have a door so the bathroom was flooded after we showered. The pool area had a great view but was incredibly badly kept. Last but not least, the hotel is in a prostitution block, so there are prostitutes and garbage everywhere.

The room was clean and the pool had a good view.

The air conditioner along with everything electric turns off once you take the entry card with you. Rooms have an electronic switch which is activated with this card.

The infinity pool is an amazing feature. Staff is very polite and helpful. 2 blocks from subway station and therefore quick, safe and inexpensive access from the airport.

I didnt like the fact that the room was small and had a funny smell, also no one came to clean the room in 6 days. There was not a Cafeteria in the Hotel, no coffee pots in the room either. And Hotel was charging 3 dollars for a very bad cup of coffee in the lobby.

Room could use a little maintenance I didn't get enough towels for the all the guests Customer service could use improvement.

Pool area, the beds and the views. The drinks were pretty nice and the location is pretty cool.

I requested a room change because the guess next door made a lot of noise, they have speaker like they was in a disco, plus the room door open. The hotel do not have restaurants, and the bar in the pool area was closed.

The view in the social area is beautiful. The Staff provided very good service they are amazing.
