Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Room was beautiful, breakfast was amazing, pool was great, gym facilities also excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, and their English was excellent, which helped us as our Spanish isn't great!

Cayman IslandsPerfect location, right on the water and easily accessible to Casca Viejo and downtown. Our suite was very spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The hotel also has fantastic facilities including dining options, casino, pool and gym. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet which was included in our stay. We did not want to leave and will definitely stay here again!

United StatesThis was the third time we had stayed at this particular Hilton and the second time in four days. It was the smallest room we had ever gotten, and the only time we had not gotten a private balcony, but it still cost the same so that made me upset.
They have the best pillows in the world. The rooms are extremely comfortable. The staff is very nice and very helpful.

RussiaThe main issue with the hotel is the elevators. Despite having four of them, we had to wait 5 to 10 minutes every time, and when they finally arrived, they were often so packed that there was no room to get in. It seems like they need to be adjusted to operate more efficiently to reduce waiting times. The staff is polite but feels completely indifferent—there’s no sense of warmth or hospitality, just a routine job being done. Also there is no free water in the room or in the lobby - for that level of the hotel it is extremely strange. Overall, for the price, the hotel doesn’t feel like the best option. We’ve stayed at different Hilton properties in various cities and countries, and this one seemed to be of a lower standard. Next time, we would probably choose a different hotel.
The hotel is located on the waterfront with a beautiful view. The building is huge, with 30 floors, and there are several cafés and restaurants nearby. The room was also excellent—huge, spacious, and equipped with everything necessary. The pool is great, spacious, and has a bar nearby. Sometimes towels ran out, but it wasn’t a major issue.

Cordial and very helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast, including the best fresh fruit juice bar! Amazing pool with Pacific views. Great fitness center overlooking the ocean and men's locker room with immaculate showers and steam room. Excellent restaurants are a very short walk away.
