The always very hot shower and little pressure

Very friendly staff , excellent location , safe área , great places to have breakfast or Restaurants just around the corner for example like Luna Rooftop and so on , confortable rooms , all you need is there , great coffee machine , great view ,nice but small pool , just the shower temperature is a problem - always too hot - great valué for your money - you dont pay the name 😉

Only issue we had on the first night was the AC but after letting front desk know they fixed it right away.

The property was exceptional. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the stay. In the middle of everything. Our room had an amazing view. The breakfast and lunch menu were delicious.

I booked a King room with a city view, but I was given a room that overlooked a large building instead. When I brought this to their attention, I was informed that I had booked a standard room. However, my reservation was based on their room description, which stated it had a city view that I did not receive. Additionally, the air conditioning was set to a single temperature. Despite my attempts to adjust it, it either remained unchanged or turned off and on automatically. When I arrived, there was an unpleasant odor coming from the room. I reported it, but it seemed to reappear every time the AC was running. When the smell became unbearable, I had to turn off the AC. I’m not sure if I got used to it, but after a couple of days, the odor was less noticeable.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, and most importantly, the location was perfect. I would recommend this hotel if the minor adjustments are addressed. There was a pool and a jacuzzi, but unfortunately, I never had the chance to use either. 😔

They didn't get one of our rooms right for the first night. They did try to accommodate with a portable bed but we never heard back from a manager after several requests to have conversation. Nor did they do anything to show they recognized their mistake like a drink voucher, few dollars off or something similar. Instead the front desk insisted they gave us equivalent room (1 bed vs. 2 we needed). So, it was not gonna ruin our trip and rest of stay very nice but classic case of not being able to emphasize from customers perspective. It's just not smart for business.

The staff at their restaurant and cleaning support all went out of their way to make our stay very nice.

The breakfast could be improved, but they do offer the option to order eggs or an omelette to your taste, which helps balance it out.

The room was very comfortable and clean, and the view from the 15th floor was a nice bonus especially with the small balcony to enjoy it from. This is usually my go-to hotel when I come to Panama. The gym is also decent for a quick workout, which I appreciated.

The hotel has courteous and friendly staff, room was clean and serviced daily, room amenities are nice, restaurant was clean, reasonable and offered good selection and quality of food was very good. The location has walking access to several restaurants and shopping.
