Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Super friendly staff, my room was very clean everyday, fresh breakfast parking was by the front door, I would definitely recommend F Sur Inn to anyone. I am definitely staying here when I come back. Worth the money too. 10 out of 10 Thank you for making my stay pleasant. See you in a few months. 😊

I have been to Hotel F Sur Inn several times, as it is pet friendly and located next to the veterinarian where I take my cat. The staff know me (and my cat!) by name now and always receive us with a warm welcome. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the wifi works well. As for the included breakfast, it is simple, but I enjoy it nonetheless. I would stay there again!

No power outlet in the bathroom to plug in a hairdryer or curler or anything. I couldn’t get the remote to change the channel so I think you only get one channel on the tv.
Great location. Great staff. Good breakfast for the basics which is all you need when it’s free! The room is huge!

Only complaint has nothing to do with the hotel. TRAFFIC is horrible but that’s what to expect for the area. But it’s close to stores and restaurants and anything you might need.
We truly enjoyed our visit to this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is CLEAN and everything works! The room was basic with a simple table and a couple of chairs. I would have appreciated a clock but we do have our phones. The shower drained properly (not always the case in Panama) and the shower head worked great. Breakfast served next to the lobby was just fine and they cook it fast! All in all we enjoyed our time there and I have it marked so for our next visit to David we will probably stay there again.

No ice. Area was a little noisy at night but I didn't have trouble falling asleep.
The first thing I noticed was the place was extremely clean. The pillows were the better than the ones in my own house. Mattress was comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Very many TV channels in Spanish and English.

the breakfast was very minimal, basically just eggs and bread with basic coffee
Friendly receptionists, clean rooms, comfortable beds and somewhat centric location. It was quiet throughout the night (except for some bell outside that plays at 6am but obviously its out of the hotel’s control)

It would've been nice to have a coffee maker & ice available to use in the room as well as a telephone to be able to call the reception desk. Also missing was an electrical outlet in the bathroom for use of a hairdryer, & an ice box/refrigerator for cold drink storage. I was also disappointed that the restaurant was not open for meals on Sunday.
Large spacious, very clean rooms. The shower was large and had great hot water. Breakfast was provided on Monday morning.

There is nothing i did not like.
Very clean and welcoming... i had my dog with me and they only charged a small fee for him.. A quiet area compared to the hotels in the centro and still close to restuarants and shopping. This is an excellent hotel with great pricing.. it will be my new goto spot when im on the mainland.
