How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The shuttle to Tocumen Airport only runs once per hour. We had to go back downstairs for extra towels despite our reservation indicating we had 3 people. And there was only one wash cloth a ND one hand towel. They should stock the bathroom better to avoid that extra annoyance. The pillows were not comfortable at all unless your goal is to sleep sitting straight up baskcally.
Super close to the airport with a comfortable bed (minus the pillows which were not good)

The room did not have all of the towels it should have, but I was only there for one night, so I was able to make do with what was available.
Airport shuttle was excellent both in terms of staff and logistics. Although the dining room was closed when I decided to eat a very late lunch and not yet open for dinner, I was able to order off the menu and eat in the little cafe next to the bar. The food and hospitality manager at this hotel was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure my dining experience was great.

The rooms could use a little sprucing up but otherwise it was a pleasant stay and you really can’t beat the location for airport ease.
Great location. We needed somewhere close to the airport as we arrived in Panama City late in the evening after a long day of travel and we’re leaving first thing in the morning for Boquete.

The property was fine, but I reserved a room with a pool view, and my view was traffic.
It’s a great location for my purposes. I overnight in Panama City before I fly to another city.

The room was dated. Old, noisy airco unit, dated bathroom and it smelled someone had been smoking weed.
Nice gym, decent buffet in the restaurant with attentive staff and well-located near the airport

I have nothing negative to say.
The staff was amazing as was the food. The rooms where perfect and comfy and overall one of the best maintained facilities in Panama.

Had to ask for coffee pods for the machine, these were delivered quickly from reception but then found no cups or sugar either.... Only a small thing but a little irritating
Very comfortable bed, gorgeous bedding. Very friendly and helpful receptionist (arranged a day trip for us to the canal). Close to the airport for easy transfers. Varied and generous breakfast buffet

receptionist couldn't find my reservation and they give us wrong room with only 1 bed when I booked room with 2 beds. And AC was cooling to temperature 15C I got cold before found out how AC works and how to change temperature settings.

The hotel's restaurant was disappointing: service was inconsistent and the food was overpriced for what it was. The coffee maker in our room didn’t work at first and needed a thorough cleaning before it actually made any coffee. Oh, and all three treadmills in the gym were broken and maintenance staff couldn’t seem to fix them. Not deal-breakers, but worth mentioning.
The facilities were generally fine for an airport hotel – we didn’t expect much and got what we needed for the convenience of being close to the airport. The room was sufficient, the shower had excellent water pressure (and was nice and hot!), and the free airport shuttle was a definite plus. Overall, it was okay for a one-night stay before AM airport.

Great front customer service, friendly staff, but the Restaurant took more than hour to serve food from start to finish, under staffed and the food needed improvement. Great thing was their was a buffet bar ready for service, but options were limited.
