Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThe shuttle to Tocumen Airport only runs once per hour. We had to go back downstairs for extra towels despite our reservation indicating we had 3 people. And there was only one wash cloth a ND one hand towel. They should stock the bathroom better to avoid that extra annoyance. The pillows were not comfortable at all unless your goal is to sleep sitting straight up baskcally.

United StatesThe room did not have all of the towels it should have, but I was only there for one night, so I was able to make do with what was available.
Airport shuttle was excellent both in terms of staff and logistics. Although the dining room was closed when I decided to eat a very late lunch and not yet open for dinner, I was able to order off the menu and eat in the little cafe next to the bar. The food and hospitality manager at this hotel was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure my dining experience was great.

Great location. We needed somewhere close to the airport as we arrived in Panama City late in the evening after a long day of travel and we’re leaving first thing in the morning for Boquete.

United StatesThe hotel's restaurant was disappointing: service was inconsistent and the food was overpriced for what it was. The coffee maker in our room didn’t work at first and needed a thorough cleaning before it actually made any coffee. Oh, and all three treadmills in the gym were broken and maintenance staff couldn’t seem to fix them. Not deal-breakers, but worth mentioning.
The facilities were generally fine for an airport hotel – we didn’t expect much and got what we needed for the convenience of being close to the airport. The room was sufficient, the shower had excellent water pressure (and was nice and hot!), and the free airport shuttle was a definite plus. Overall, it was okay for a one-night stay before AM airport.

Bonaire St Eustatius and SabaGreat front customer service, friendly staff, but the Restaurant took more than hour to serve food from start to finish, under staffed and the food needed improvement. Great thing was their was a buffet bar ready for service, but options were limited.
