Location convenient to everything in town. The staff were nice to make us breakfast sandwiches to carry out before they opened because our boat left at 8 am.

If the room were any smaller, it would have been a closet. When getting up off the toilet, I hit my head on the bathroom doorknob. Not only was there no chair in the room, there was no chair anywhere, not even on the nice long balcony facing the street. There was no lobby except the coffee shop which closes at 6.

The location was excellent. Above the coffee shop and directly across form the boat dock.

No one available after 6 pm, we needed blankets and had to wait for the next night to get one. The bathroom was mouldy.

We stayed for one night and really enjoyed the calm and cozy atmosphere of the café, as well as the great coffee. The staff was welcoming and friendly, which made our stay even more pleasant.

The place was a bit noisy, and we couldn’t figure out how the AC worked.

Lucas and Sylvia, the owners, are warm, welcoming, and truly genuine hosts. We spent three nights there and loved every moment of our stay. The location is perfect. If you're visiting Bocas Del Toro, this is definitely the place to be!

I would have liked to stay even longer at Cat in the Cup B&B!

We loved everything. Sylwia and Lukas are amazing hosts and gave us excellent recommendations on activities. Breakfast has multiple options and tasted great. Rooms are clean and have solid amount of space. Great choice for a me and my friend on a vacation. Location is amazing — right in the middle of all the action.

Only downside was the in-shower water heaters don’t work super well, so the water gets warm at best. Not a big deal, but worth a mention.

The coffee was good. That's about it

We personally had a bad experience at the hotel. The hotel is a cafe with some rooms on the second floor. The cafe is nice and modern looking but the rooms are quite old and it all seems a bit improvised. Upon arrival to the room, the water was not working because the main water tap was turned off. We asked at the cafe/reception, and they turned it on. But after we went to dinner and came back the water was turned off again. At that point the cafe was closed and there was no one to contact. We tried calling the WhatsApp number, and we sent messages through WhatsApp and booking, but no one answered. We couldn't shower or flush the toilet, and there was no way to contact anyone. The weather is warm and humid so taking a shower in the evening is very needed... In the morning, the girl behind the bar was friendly and understanding, but when we talked to the manager, he said it wasn't their fault and was very rude. We understand that things like that can happen, but they can at least be available to help or admit their mistake. The hotel wasn't the cheapest so if you are unsure about which hotel to book I would suggest to book one that is at least cheap and not nice than expensive and not nice. Cafe is open until 18h and after you can't check in or contact anyone if anything goes wrong.

I found the room to be the perfect size. Loved the wood paneled walls. The shower was large. Great water pressure.

    Staff was exeptionally good.

It was noisy in the evenings, but quite normal for night time.

They allowed me to work while my check in time started. Had some breakfast at their cafe and was very good! The bed and pillows were super comfortable, I wasn’t able to use the hot water though, but it didn’t take away from the good experience. Perfect location to walk around Bocas Town and across the water taxis. Will definitely return!

Wasn’t able to turn on the hot water is the only downside I can think of. Everything else was excellent.
