Beautifully landscaped property. Very comfortable and large room. Across the road from a beach. Staff very helpful at arranging execursions if desired. You'll get a vucher for breakfast at a local restaurant. We liked Ohana better than Skully's.

Great spot! Everything you need. You could stay here a month comfortably. Quiet and peaceful right in the jungle. Bar & restaurant across the street too.

It's like a beautiful honeymoon suite. Very peaceful but you have Sully's bar and restaurant across the street for when you want to have fun or eat a good meal.

There is no one at the property to let you in. If you book same day, you need the message with your room number and lock box code to get inside Also it's the first property on the right. Hard to find without the email instructions.

The room was beautiful, very nicely decorated, lots of space on the balcony to sit on chairs or relax in a hammock. You can spot many birds from the balcony, including hummingbirds. VERY comfortable bed with mosquito net, I was debating if I even need to explore the island or should I just stay in bed all day. Nice bathroom, shower pressure not the best, but that's a common issue on small islands. You get breakfast vouchers you can use in restaurants nearby for a free breakfast. Location is a 10min drive out of the town, but you can get a taxi or rent a scooter like we did - a rental place is conveniently right across the road and costs $45 per day for a scooter. Cassandra was very helpful with organizing a taxi for us in the early morning and was just a message away if we had any issues or questions.

Laundry costs $20 which I thought was a bit too much. The light around the mirror in the bathroom could be better.

Great location, amazing attention to details, extremely friendly and welcoming hosts. This Airbnb is impeccable!

We should have spent the extra $20/night to upgrade! 😋

We loved our stay at Casa de Mono! We stayed for 3 nights in the open air apartment. The apartment has a jungle/rustic/bohemian feel. It is a beautiful and comfortable open air screened apartment, with all the necessary items supplied. And it’s eco-friendly! We loved being up in the trees. The property is gorgeous. The bedrooms, with the exception of the loft room, have air conditioning. Big ceiling fans are throughout the apartment. All the beds were super comfy. The location was great. Not too far from Bocas Town, but far enough away from the busier and noisier activities in town. There are several eating options that are in walking distance. We had our toddler with us and Cassandra was able to tell us about a few kid-friendly swimming spots on that side of the island. She also helped us with arranging a taxi from the airport as we had a little one and several suitcases in tow. We also ran into Wayne and he was really welcoming.

We loved everything about the property, but I didn’t realize how anxious I’d feel staying in an open air apartment with a young toddler who is at the age where he cries (loudly) about everything. Hopefully my very loud toddler didn’t disturb other guests. So that would be something to consider for families with younger kids. But not a fault of the property.

Very generous sized room with a lovely bathroom. Great mattress and lovely balcony. Able to borrow snorkeling gear. Breakfast vouchers for different restaurants. Really good coffee free of charge.

There was a large group of males being pretty noisy but nothing out of the ordinary.
