Our door/window to the balcony was noisy with the wind. Needs to be fixed

Our room was exactly like the pictures, very pleasant, big and a little balcony facing the mountains. The terrace upstairs has an amazing view and the kitchen has everything you need. Very central to the main road but quiet location

There are a lot of stairs so not a good choice if stairs bother you. Not a problem for my friend and I.

Nice and clean, great location to walk everywhere in Bajo Boquete, pretty views. This was our fourth visit and we will keep coming back.

Not much personel on site (although we could connect on WhatsApp). The double bed was very small.

We had to ask when there was no hot water. They said it had switched off as it sometimes does without their noticing it, and that they would fix it. Warm water was fixed after that.

The staff was friendly. We were comfortable and the view from the top floor where the public area is was 360 degrees of beautiful.

It would have been nice it the in room bathroom provided shampoo as the local store I looked in did not have travel size anything. Also maybe provide coffee and cream in the common area. But excellent coffee was a 5 min walk away so this was not a serious issue by any means.

Thus place had a common kitchen but did not serve food. But it was within easy walking distance of numerous places to get all sorts of different foods and coffees and snacks. It also provided a refrigerator in the common area to store extra food. There was some traffic noise from the Main Street. It that is to be expected because you are 5 min from great food and coffee on the Main Street.

It’s very convenient and having an assigned parking spot during the Flower Show was perfect. We could walk everywhere and our car was secure.

No A/C. Although usually you won't need it because Boquete has a nice weather and temperature. But sometimes you just wish you had. But for the price and the quality of the place, I didn't really care enough about it.

The place is well located. Nice. Clean. Beautiful sights. Friendly service. The place DOES NOT ALLOW PETS - Very important because of the allergies. And NON SMOKING in all areas of the hotel, which is excellent.

all the room doors could use a little insulation, weather strip/door seal would help with the noise of shutting doors.

The shower would only get lukewarm. The outside furniture of the rooftop could be a bit more.cozy.

A good location, a short walk from town. The views from the top floor communal area were amazing! Staff were friendly, and both the room and communal areas were clean. The shared kitchen was well stocked to cook your own meals.

Staff were really amazing and easy to contact, they made us feel very welcome ! There is a well equipped kitchen to cook meals and the room was really comfy, the views were also amazing, i would recommend anyone to stay here !!

Pans in the kitchen were scratched -> health concerns. Maybe steel pans without teflon would be a better solution.

The bed was hard and pretty uncomfortable.

The room was very clean with big windows for lots of light and fresh air. The rooftop deck (1/2 covered, 1/2 open) with kitchen is very cool! It has a lot of comfortable furnishings, a complete shared kitchen area, and great views! The surrounding flower gardens and orange grove are lovely.
