room was a little small for 3 adults, but for a short stay it was manageable.

The price simply embodies within it a promise of an excellent hotel and the hotel is simply mediocre the gap between the price and what you get leaves a bad taste. This is a 3 star hotel or a bit more than a hostel and all for the price of a 5 star hotel. The pictures show very big rooms and they are not big.

The location is excellent in the center of the main street of Bocas and I also had a beautiful view of the sea. There are good restaurants and cafes on the street and the airport is not far away. The hotel is pleasant, not too big and my room was clean and beautiful.

Due the wooden floors the property can be very noisy when people step around with no education or no common sense that they are not alone in the property. if you have a sensitive sleep like me, I recommend you to hear “white noise” or wear the plugs the hotel gives you complementary.

Very centric, close to everything, in the middle of the town. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean, good food, friendly atmosphere. YASIRA is the sweetest person I’ve ever met, she is the receptionist and she will help you with a big smile and positive energy anytime you need. Construction work was loud. They cut the lines to our water and power. We had to move to another hotel for the final night. Never reimbursed for the 1 night.

The same day of the check in my sister in law twisted her ankle. We told the front desk person that she couldn't go up and down the steps. Even though we explained she charged them one not. I think that was so unkind about it, accidents could happen to anybody and at any time. Beside she was hurting we all showed up at the hotel. So my sister in law and her husband had to stay in another hotel.

They are currently redoing their over water deck so for the time being you can sit over the water and enjoy the outdoors but that was the only issue we had and it is temporary.

Toilet blocked on the morning of check out, but staff dealt with it quickly and professionally, also giving us another room to shower and get ready to leave.

Everything was wonderful

It may have been a little pricey for the area, but I think it was totally worth it. The staff was great. The room was comfortable, quiet and easily accessible. Maria went out of her way taking care of my room and serving breakfast as well as loaning me towels for the beach! Everybody at the front desk was friendly and accommodating as well! I love my visit and have every intention of staying there again next time I’m in town!
