The readers will surely be able to reach an obvious conclusion based on the law of averages - what the vast majority of well-balanced non-medicated folk feel and say (1) The only aspect of what you say that is true is that Erika is a saintly person who has the utmost patience and compassion which is incomparable with the vast majority of people whom I have ever met (2) Our stated check-in time is 14h00 – you chose to arrive an hour and a half early and I nevertheless invited you in despite the huge pressure on us being at full capacity and I offered to assist with your luggage (3) When a guest makes a reservation they are given useful information which includes very simple detailed directions and they are sent a GPS pin if they are using Whatsapp (yet I was told how difficult it was to find us despite also the 3 pointer boards which lead from the Main Road to our parkade) - when I mentioned this I was told that you never check your Whatsapp (4) When I tried to familiarise you with the guidelines which take 2 minutes to read and assist a guest from settling in rapidly you simply refused and we had to bear the consequences of you disposing your trash in the sewerage system for some 5 nights (see the poignant 10 out of 10 review of Eva hereafter who was here at the SAME TIME AS YOU WERE and witnessed you behaviour) (5) Any one following your advice will struggle to find a 1 star review as no such thing exists (6) You berated the very same restaurant that has been recommended to you by us yet was patronized by fellow guests you were there on the very same day yet found it to be highly acceptable (7) At the first breakfast instead of approaching us in a manner becoming you chose to blurt out in the full breakfast room the internet issues that you were apparently because of the inordinate speed that you were demanding for your copious downloads. Erika who is a professional IT Scientist then had to frantically find a solution and when a temporary solution to suffice during your stay I freaked out when a more permanent hill billy solution was proposed by yourselves and I was vocal about not conceding as Erika was so easily bullied into submission. (8) As for speaking ill of other guests - a guest who was a previous hospitality provider and I were sharing anecdotes with one another and your eavesdropping leaves a lot to be desired (9) We arrange Tours to the Achipelago of the Gulf of Chiriqui and we had reserved 2 places for you as requested in an 8 seater boat for this purpose the day before. On the morning of the 09h30 departure, you announced to my absolute dismay in the presence of all the fellow guests at 08h45 that you have decided not to go on the excursion as you cannot be exposed in the sun as you have skin cancer. The Captain had to thus bear the financial loss despite having had 2 other holidaying folk whom he turned away and who found an alternate boat (10) You alude to the great breakfast but comically are so biased that you could not even give me credit for cooking you your perfect breakfast every morning (11) The pool had been cleaned on Saturday 25th January to perfection when some hours later, we had a wind storm the likes of which we had not experienced in the 8 years that we have been here. On Sunday the aftermath cleanup commenced before sunrise and necessitated me getting into the pool and netting the debris and then treating it with anti-flocculent chemicals in the evening. The following day (Monday) – I sent out a message to the guests advising them that the pool would be closed until further notice as any undue movement would undo the work of the chemicals. As everyone here was supposed to go on the boat trip in (8) above it would be a perfect opportunity not to inconvenience anyone. However, in the heat of the day with the sun at its zenith, I was told by you that it was absurd that the pool should be closed for such a long period and you demanded that it be opened. I then cancelled all my other duties and went into the pool in the blazing sun and vacuumed the pool removing the final traces of grime (12) Our stated check-out time is from 06h00 but you chose to abuse Erika who could not say no to you to depart at the ungodly hour of 05h00 which meant that despite only being able to get to sleep at 22h30 nightly she had to alight at 04h30 (13) You took an instant dislike to me despite my respectful and best intentions and were however so dismissive a MISANDRIST and I refused to be treated as chattel and decided to avoid you as far as possible to avoid any further unnecessary unpleasantries

We were indeed caught by surprise when you and your entire entourage arrived the day after Christmas at 10h30 requesting to occupy 50% of our rooms from which the guests had not yet vacated. Check-in was clearly stated in the Terms and Conditions on this and also in our personalised message as14h00 or from 12h00 if possible by prior arrangement for an additional fee. We were made to feel guilty because of your inadequate planning and told us how exhausted you all were after the 50 minute flight from PANAMA CITY and the long 1 hour drive from CITY of DAVID. We nevertheless assisted with stowing all your luggage and advised on where you could go and chill until we were ready to receive you all which we did at 13h30 At all times were we friendly, respectful and consistently did our utmost best to make you all feel at home spending much of our personal time with you, your husband and mother-in-law. On your checkout, ErikA was questioned as to what she was attempting doing and when she told your sister that her husband had defaced the surface of our highly prized 8 seater solid teak dining room table. He acknowledged that he had irreparably damaged it by being careless and despite this we levied no charge
