This is such a minor thing but they said we would have a welcome drink at 17 by the pool, so we went there. We saw how the staff gave all new guests the welcome drink except for us, so we felt a bit sad about this.

The landscaping work of this hotel is fantastic. The common area, garden, pool, bar and lounge room are so nice, well done and beautiful. It really makes you want to spend time in the common areas of the hotel. Also, the food in the Bambuda restaurant here is so delicious! We really wanted to eat there all the time, so well done and healthy options are available!

The location is great, just 6 hours from Panama City, and it's worth the drive for the beautiful landscapes, right on the ocean. A 15-minute walk to the main beach, but with direct access to a small beach in front of the Hotel. It has one of the best chefs with an amazing trajectory, the food experience was excellent. If you get the opportunity to be served by Rodolfo in the Hotel Restaurant, you would be amazed. He was the best

Pool could use bit of maintenance, the paint was coming off. More a hotel than hostel vibe - for us as couple it was fine, not sure how the experience would be as solo traveler!

Beautiful hotel with very nice rooms, all details were well thought through. Food was SOOO tasty, even if bit expensive. Family dinner was nice concept. Lots of tours arranged via the hostel.

one of the best hotels I've ever been been to! the beds were super comfortable, it was very clean, staff was super friendly and the view is amazing !! Santa Catalina is als quiet place, so hanging out at the beautiful bambuda all day is the perfect thing to do.

Our room was internally connected to a family suite aparently, and the noise was annoying. Also, on the first day of our stay the pool was super dirty. Not a deal breaker but it was not ideal either.

It has a nice vibe, nice view from the apartments and it has a super nice coworking space. It is ideal if you are looking for a place to enjoy Santa Catalina + Coiba but you have to work remotely as well. It is about 20 minutes walk to the main street in town, but it still has some options nearby or >10 min distance.

I was missing more vegan options at the restaurant. I had to eat out most of the time. But everything is in walking distance!

Best place to stay at. Beautiful pool and garden area. Nice Co Working space and a short walk away from the beach. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The dorms are clean, beds are super comfy and the water in the showers is hot. Absolutely recommended!

One thing we didn't know was that if you come in after 6 pm and want a dinner in the hotel restaurant, you would have to pre-order it. However, also in our case, we were taken care of, and could participate in the barbecue...so not a really big issue. Just a remark.

This is a remarkable location. A jewel in Santa Catalina. We fell in love with it from the very first moment of our stay. Magnificent pool bar, big garden, open space outdoor restaurant and some other things. It is very well taken care of. We have come to Santa Catalina in order to get to Coiba. We, however, felt we could have stayed in Bambuda far longer than our 3 nights....

There's no kitchen so you need to eat outside or by the restaurant. Its more expensive this way. The village and the area where the boats are leaving is 20 min walking. Oh the other hand the village it self is nothing special so there's no need to be there.

The place is perfect for chilling and relaxing. Its clean and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is very good for the price you pay. You can get free pool towels by the reception. The bartender Nando is very friendly and relaxed. He works with heart and soul you can feel that. There's a Italian bakery about 5 min walking where you have a slice of pizza for 2,50.

Great hotel, Beach Cabana are super great, it worth the price. We did the others Bambuda hotels in Panama and the staff there at Bambuda Santa Catalina was so better than everywhere else. Nobel at the restaurant and Joe at the reception were ++

The rooms are lovely! The food is really good! The options of activities is fantastic, especially the dive centre that the hotel book you with - Coiba Dive Centre. I also did a few dives with one of the other dive centres in town and Coiba Dive Centre are the best for sure!

Food was ok but not overwhelming and we often had to wait quite a while for it.

The room and especially its view were stunning! Everything was very clean and beautiful. The pool had a bar which was awesome and the cocktails were tasty. We had a great stay and can totally recommend the hotel. The staff is really nice.
