There was an uncovered window high in the main bathroom that looked on to another apartment. This was a definite concern as someone can look straight into the shower There was only one dishcloth in the kitchen. When it was dirty we used the washer to wash it- but there was no provided detergent. A few more amenities in the kitchen (like a toaster, more dish clothes etc would be welcome!) Otherwise it was a well laid out place!

The location was amazing! And the apartment was so spacious. We loved the balconies. The washing machine was a big bonus!

There was some misunderstanding around payment for the apartment as the property prefers cash payment on arrival. I initially thought this was dodgy as this had not been clear from the Booking.com website and had not been explained before the booking went non-refundable. However, after a thorough and clear explanation from the hosts, I understood the issue and was happy to proceed. Just make sure you have the cash on arrival - there is a process in place to provide evidence of payment and security.

The location in the old town was perfect with a great outlook over the plaza to the church opposite. An easy walk to anywhere in the old town. The apartment was exactly as described, very spacious with large bedrooms, each with an ensuite, a large and well equipped kitchen (everything you will need), full size dining table and large living room. Everything was well maintained. Communication with the hosts was easy and prompt.

The location was unbelievable. Amazing view of the plaza. Very modern and clean space. Everything you need. I was concerned about the check in process because we were only there 1 night. It turned out to be super easy and the contact I texted with was super helpful. Highly recommend this place!

There isn't a powerpoint in the bathroom. The balcony floor was grotty.

The rooms look over the Plaza Bolivar which is a very good location. There is a door man during the week. The lift works. The kitchen was well equipped but the towels were a bit thin.

Communication was great. Host assisted us in storing luggage for a few days when we traveled to another part of Panama. Doorman, housekeeper and host were most helpful.

Great location, large and comfortable for a group, good check in instructions. They do have you make payment over a link to another system, which I initially thought was some sort of scam and it took me some research, but it was real and it worked out. There was a WhatsApp number for Vanessa who was available with any questions and very responsive.

The location is outstanding! The view of Bolivar Square is amazing. It was great to have wonderful choices of food, drinks, historical sights, and shopping nearby. There was no noise from the establishments in the apartment.

What a wonderful location. Best spot in front of Plaza Bolivar in the heart of Casco viejo and close from the water. Beautiful apartment well equiped with all you need. Comfy bed and couch. And a parking spot included which is super helpful in this area!

Loved everything!

Absolutely gorgeous apartment in the center of Casco Viejo with everything needed for a perfect stay. Right across the Plaza Bolivar and within walking distance of most historical attractions in town. The hostess was very attentive to our needs and provided tour and restaurant recommendations. The indoor parking was definitely a plus. Fully stocked kitchen, A/C throughout the house, and great views from the balcony. Can't wait to come back!
