Reviews of Hostal Yoha

I had great sleep here for a week. There are some long term guests who have created a respectful atmosphere where everyone is able to rest and have space. The pool was great and always clean. The common areas are cleaned several times a day. The breakfast is very filling but there's an additional charge for eggs. There's a small shop next door which is very convenient and a couple of big supermarkets within 5 mins.

Would've been nice to receive some information about the city, the public transport and the main attractions as travellers usually rely on their accommodation to provide this sort of information and assist with tours.

Ingrid diana and roberto were very nice hosts! the place is awesome I stayed for 3 nights without any problem.

Location great. Comfortable bed . Waffles for breakfast with fruit and coffee. Quiet.

Pool looked a bit Cloudy. Maybe needed some more chlorine.

We stayed for 1 night for a layover between San Blas islands and flying out of Panama City. It was fine for that and did the job. Was quiet. Breakfast lady was very lovely.

Breakfast was pancakes or waffles, they did provide fruit but otherwise not very healthy option. No towels provided. Room had aircon but no remote so it was only on one very cold setting. There was a ceiling fan but turned off with the light.

The position of the hostel is really convenient and the surroundings very nice. The breakfast really good

The room was small and the bed was not really comfortable. The aircon was set to a temperature and it was impossible to change it (no remote control and no other way)

It was well located and only a 10-15min walk to the next train station. The water front is only a 5min walk away.

There are always kids running around. The rooms are partly right next to the reception and kitchen area so it was during day time always busy in the common sitting areas.

This hostel is runned by a family. I loved the older lady Ingrid, she makes delicious breakfast every morning and she was always so friendly and kind. Nice pool to cool down when its hot at Panama City. Clean hostel.

Besides Ingrid the rest of the staff was all day at mobile phone. Although it was also difficult to communicate because they dont speak English. The facilities are a bit old and not really well maintained. But ok it was working.

Came back for one night stay. The lady at reception was very nice and was happy to be back, she made me feel very welcome. Facilities are not the greatest, dorm is small with no window and the config of the sink and 2 bathrooms inside doesn't offer a comfortable stay. Location is good and I was fine for one night only, but not more.

The lady at the reception is so nice and so helpful, giving me a lot of information about the public transport and the main visiting points. I cannot believe she works such long hours everyday, I was seeing her in the morning at 7AM until 10PM at night, plus she in charge of so many things at the hostel : cleaning, changing bedsheets - she really deserves a big promotion! The dorm was a bit small for 3 bunk beds ( 6 beds)and felt claustrophobic: no space for luggage, big backpacks would be in the way, there is no window. There are 2 bathrooms (toilet and wc) inside the dorm itself and just one sink without any door, you can hear whenever people are washing their hands /brush teeth. You have to pay for soap and shower gel if you don't have any. towels are to rent.

The staff was lovely and the pool a nice extra
