The flat was in a good location - in a street close to the metro, a supermarket and restaurants. The room was quite small but fine for 3 nights and the air conditioning worked very well. Nice, friendly place.

Alan is a super host. Allowed us to early check in and late check out. On arrival, he shared with some tips about this area, where to eat, where to shop, what to see. Location itself, is amazing, shops, restaurants, bars, underground in a walking distance, 5min walk. Will definitely stay here if visiting Panama next time.

The only downside was sometimes not enough bathrooms for all the guests and I had a bit of a wait.. Otherwise cannot fault it.

I stayed twice and really liked this place in a modern and safe part of Panama City. Lucia was a great host, who was kind, attentive but also laid back. Comfortable room with excellent AC. Good kitchen and laundry facilities and a really nice balcony overlooking the city. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect place to visit Panama City. Its not in the old town but that is just the thing we liked. We stayed between the high buildings and are really close the metro station to move wherever we wanted.

Alan and his lovely mother Lucia provide a comfortable, clean environment. The location is fantastic. The metro is two blocks away. Uber is cheap and reliable. The room was very clean and comfortable, as were the shared spaces. Wifi worked well. Being able to do my laundry and let it dry in the wind (in literally hours) was icing on the cake. This is a great place for longer stays too. Thank you for your hospitality, Alan and Lucia!

Very good location, short walk to Metro station, and many shops, restaurants, and markets nearby. The sleeping rooms are quite small but perfectly adequate. Nice kitchen to use. The whole place is very clean, and it's quiet and peaceful. Highrise location provides excellent vistas out over the city from the 2 balconies. Can use the excellent modern washing machine. Pleasant hosts. Easy access in and out of the building.

There was only one bathroom which can be an inconvenience for those who need to use it frequently. It was unclear how to exit the building without the use of a key. Upon leaving, I had to leave my luggage in the lobby propping the door open and run upstairs to give the key back.

A surprisingly spacious apartment with a large balcony. Exceptionally clean. Great hosts. Perfect location near a cheap fonda where I ate all my meals(to the right and a few stores down once you leave the apartment). Loved the fact there was a well-stocked kitchen and storage space for each guest. Also the presence of a laundry machine was great. Very close to the metro station and in an area with lots of wonderful restaurants.

Very good price in a central safe location 4 minutes to the Metro. Nice balcony where you can view the skyline. Strong air-conditioning. Laundry machine for guest use. The apartment is well decorated and maintained. The owner and her son live on floor up in the same building so are always available to assist. Great affordable option to stay in central Panama City.

The room was a bit smaller for my own large sized persona -:) The area left for walking in the room after the bed & storage area is a bit small. They compensate that by a really large wardrobe and separate storage area for bags etc INSIDE the room! But no complaints, I could use area outside the room when wanted! It was good value for money!

The location is absolutely central! The room & overall area clean! It is an apartment where we had 4-5 rooms occupied by different persons and a common area of cooking, dining etc. The owner Luisa and her son Alan were too kind! They helped me with guidance for siteseeing as well as with laundry(free) etc. The facilities were adequate. Wifi good! Hot water shower! A balcony (overlooking Panama City), can be used for having dinner / coffee etc !

It is an amazing place! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The room was amazing same as the balcony and the kitchen. Super price and a real lucky found. The location was amazing. I felt safe in the night and the Metro is just around the corner.

More kitchen utensils would have helped - especially when more guests come in at the same time. Cold/hot water - the apartment I was in had cold/lukewarm water only. Not a big deal as this is a rather personal preference. Panama is very hot and humid (30 degrees on a constant basis and humidity that will make you sweat the moment you leave the house, so having cold/lukewarm showers is probably a better option.

The property is located in an excellent spot. Metro, buses, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes are all nearby. Very convenient to move around the city. The house is very comfortable, lots of space in the living room and balcony to relax and work, and my room was well served with AC. The property is also very clean - with a cleaner that would come on a regular basis during the week (I believe she was coming daily or every other day) Wifi works great, which was a key factor for me. As of today, it is most competitive and best price/quality option around and would like stay there again. The host is very responsive on messages and calls and always there to ensure you have what you needed.
