When we arrived, the room we were given was dirty and hadn't been cleaned, from a previous guest. They apologized for the mistake and finally offered us one with two separate beds. We said we had paid for one together, and they offered us another one with a bed for two, but we had to pay more. I thought it was unfair, and I think they should have offered it to us for free, but we were so tired that we accepted the one with separate beds since it was the quickest option.

The staff is friendly. We asked to arrive at 5 a.m. (for our flight) and check out at 1 p.m., and they let us stay for free without any problems. The room was spacious.

Despite huge size of apartment, there was no place for dining except coffee table.

Good apartment hotel, rooms are really huge, including kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Wi-Fi was very good, free parking just before the building and easy access to the malls and city centre by the car.

Everything is good. Just fix your location issue on Google map. It doesn't show the exact location. A small thing but would be helpful for travellers.

I stayed there last week and it was a great experience. The staff is helpful and polite. The room was clean. This is an apartment hotel so breakfast and dinner are not available but there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. Even, anyone can order food online using the delivery. app.

The apartment was huge, 2 tvs, 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds, a well fitted out kitchen and a big lounge/dining area. There are 3 supermarkets within 3 mins walk and numerous cafes and food outlets close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, when we wanted to get around Muscat area we used the OTAXI app, this works well and is safe and cheap.

We were 3 people but had to contact reception for extra cutlery and crockery. Disappointed that we received a chipped crockery to deal with. Crockery and cutlery must be checked before check in and if the apartment can accommodate 4 people there should be enough for 4 people. The 2 plate bunner/stove needs an update. It was a nightmare to cook breakfast.

Housekeeping could have been better with floor not being cleaned well enough. Walking around bare foot, one could feels the granules sticking on the feet. Also, the bath area is not isolated from the toilet. The bathroom floods with no effective drain.

Location was just perfect for us. The staff accommodated our request for quiet rooms on higher floors. The ac was great too. Beds comfortable leading to a good night’s sleep.
