Staying at W Muscat was the best decision we made for our trip! From the moment we arrived, the manager Joel Mod was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we enjoyed every moment until the day we left Loay, one of the team members, truly impressed us by finding and returning an item we had accidentally dropped outside the hotel entrance it meant so much to us! The hotel’s location is in a luxurious area, the facilities are stunning, and the rooms are spacious and spotless They even surprised us twice with birthday cakes for my wife, which made our stay extra special

W Muscat hotel is a 5 star hotel, with a great location right on Qurum Beach, Gulf of Oman. A 20 minute drive from Muscat International Airport. The Royal Opera House is located opposite the hotel and is worth a visit, although the tour of the place is short. It is walking distance to shops, good cafes and restaurants. The hotel offers transportation, but it is also possible to order transportation/taxi outside the hotel area. Long and nice beach promenade. The hotel has a great pool, with nice facilities. Similarly, a great infinity pool with a beautiful view. Nice staff who look after you at all times and make sure you get what you need - when you want it. This hotel deserves its stars. No matter where you are, whether you are on your way in or out, at the reception, or at one of the several dining options, including the breakfast buffet, you will meet professional and genuinely nice and interested people. Staff who really care about you. All requests are handled, when we needed help in the room this was arranged immediately. Room service checks in several times a day. The surroundings are otherwise as you would expect, a very good standard of everything. You get what you pay for. The food we ate; breakfast, by the pool, on the rooftop bar was delicious. Fresh and good ingredients - also current drinks. I would like to conclude by specifying the people, the employees, who really deserve praise. Personal follow-up, nice gestures along the way... Thank you very much for the stay, we will be happy to come again.

Hotel W exceeded our expectations! We stayed at the hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was a truly memorable experience. The room was beautifully set up and decorated to reflect the occasion, showing impressive attention to detail. The service, both in the room and at the restaurant, was exceptional throughout our stay. A big thank you to Saba, Maimuna, and Muhaib Alwohaibi — as well as the rest of the team — for their outstanding hospitality.

the rooms has a humidity smell musky scent. The AC wasnt that strong .

The arab modern architechture, the location of the hotel was perfect and very central. The bed was also very comfortable. The reception also arranged for us transport and allowed us to do late check out. The breakfast service is very good and pretty much had all options available.

The management and staff are very friendly. I felt like I was in a family atmosphere even though I was living alone. They were quick to provide any assistance needed, everyone without exception (Haleem / Amir / Anas / Anaab and others). I would like to mention in particular Ms. Ahlam Al Balushi, as she gave me a tour inside the hotel and explained the details of the hotel’s decorations and what each piece symbolizes. It was a very enjoyable tour.

Nothing! Only thing I thought of was for this level of hotel it would have been nice to have your towels arranged for you at the pool.

Beautiful hotel and incredible staff, from Saba in the Away Spa to Viswa and his team at the Wet Deck bar, every single person including the lovely breakfast team and the cleaners are so welcoming and can’t do enough for you. Highly recommend Sumi for spa treatments, she was incredible! Thank you all.

A top quality luxury hotel with rooms designed to meet your every need. Marble bathroom. A makeup lite mirror in a desk. A huge TV. The breakfast selection was expansive. The best we have ever seen. The pool is spectacular. A lot of seating with complimentary ice bucket of water bottles. Staff could not do enough for you. A beautiful beach is just outside the gate

W Muscat truly exceeded our expectations. The design is sleek and modern, the rooms are spacious and spotless. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional throughout our stay. The pool and common areas have a lively yet relaxed vibe, and the breakfast was one of the best we've had — fresh, diverse, and beautifully presented. The location is ideal, close to the beach and the beautiful Royal Opera House. Everything is relatively expensive, but the quality and experience justify the price. If you’re looking for luxury in Muscat, this is the place.
