Some of the hotel staff were very unpleasant and unwilling. When they forgot to make the bed in our room, despite calling and visiting the reception, they did not solve the problem, even though they promised to do it right away. So we waited more than 24 hours for the bed to be made.

The hotel is out of coty but nice location, rooms are very clean. Food was fresh. Staff are vrry welcoming. Nice activities you can enjoy

The balcony didn’t have mats or anti slip material…my pregnant sister had an issue while walking and we were scared that she would trip and fall… Food was very limited…breakfast was repetitive…

The Asian workers are very helpful and respectful, but the issue of waiting for tips in an annoying way”without saying” to be honest , especially in front of children and family, and we do not usually carry cash, was always embarrassing for us and for them.

The place the view and The reception staff were very polite and well-mannered, especially the Egyptian girl who checked in to the hotel. I don’t remember her name. She was very, very elegant in her dealings. Also, Mr. Abdullah, the receptionist, was respectful and dealt with us in a professional manner.

- The service was very slow. specially when it comes to requesting a golf car. Also, I asked for things to the room e.g. water and it was forgotten and not delivered. There's a need to allocated more golf cars and staff - The food, the breakfast was good but the rest of the meals in the menu and the options are limited and the taste is ok. I wished if there were more options and verity of restaurants with different cuisines around and up to world class standards - The quality of the toiletries were poor not up to standard/value for money

They didnt give me water coconat when i do cheack in but ather people they have . There is no bathrobe in the room. All the hotels I used to book in Dubai provide bathrobes I would like to increase the number of golf cars to reduce the delay for hotel visitors. The staff are doing their best. Sometimes they come on foot to carry some items. The shampoo in the black box inside the shower expires and smells bad

1) check-in was at 3 which is very late 2) room robes & blow drier was not available in the room. We had to ask for it. 3) if there was heated pool it would've been great, the water was cold 4) Room door was not automatically locking, we had to manually place the card to lock again,, room 4107

1)Reception was helpful (sawsan) 2) breakfast staff were professional 3) great selection of breakfast buffet; and the chief was great with eggs had best scrobbled egg and cheese 4) pool guy was helpful and generous and always there 5) free access to aqua hawana was amazing experience 6) room was clean with an amazing view

staff didn’t really help when i asked to change my booking dates (before arriving) and even charged me for 2 nights i haven’t stayed!! when i asked for upgrade - to make up for the extra charges - they didn’t help at all

Location and facilities, facing the sea while having breakfast was a pleasure, Walaa at the reception was extremely nice and very social with kids. Definitely staying again next time.

The facility is amazing the location a bit away from the center but we enjoy it. The reception employees were very cooperative and friendly.

Bathroom plumbing and drainage in corridors needs some improvements; there were water puddles in corridor due to rainy season. Good maintenance during rainy season would improve the overall experience a lot. Concept of having soap and shampoo dispensers is really good to go green- but those were empty in my room and additional small toiletries were provided.

Breakfast Buffet has good selection, location of club, especially breakfast restaurant is fascinating. Spacious rooms and balconies. Good swimming pool and garden area to enjoy with family/friends. Service staff is very helpful.
