Taxis are easily accessible from this area. Area is calm and peaceful. Mr. Anas, the caretaker, is genuinely a good and helpful guy. I would recommend the hostel to everyone.

Suggestion - Kindly paste room number on the rooms sometime its confusing.

Very clean hostel, quite at the evening, however, not at night. The receptionist was waiting for me, and overall, he is a very helpful guy.

The bunk beds are terrible. It is shaking, and on the top bed, you feel like on waves. Also, it creaks like a rusty door. If the person below moves, you will feel it, and it woke me up several times during the night. When I rotated, the person below also woke up and rotated as well. The whole construction was shaking. The mattress was like a stone approximately. If you want to sleep, I am not sure it's a good choice, if you are planning to come around 1-3 am like most of the people did (and woke up everyone again), then you will feel good and its your place. I slept 3-4 hours, I think, and then left the hostel at 6 am because it was impossible to sleep.

Shower was kinda broken, bathroom was not nice. Payment with card was not possible.

The manager, Mr. Anaswar received me with attention and helped me to get good options in Muscat (restaurants, places to visit).

Rooms are huge, there is a kitchen and common area, it is calm and near the airport very convenient. You can refill your water bottle, internet is working.

the only downside is there was few places to charge your phone in the room and the plugs were not always working.

Anuse and Salah are the hostel workers here they made me feel so welcome. I had a bad experience coming from the airport but they were there to rescue me. They treated me like family and did everything to make sure I was okay. We had the best laughs and they were good enough to make sure that everybody in the hostel made friends, they accompanied me everywhere I went and made sure went on trips together with the other visitors. As a solo female traveller, travelling also for the first time. I wasn't so confidential however, I felt much safer with them around. These two made my visit very special and I will never forget them ❤️❤️ The family room is large and but even in the female dorms everybody is lovely.

Sukoon Hostel is very nice. Price is very cheap, location is very close to the airport, so it's not really center center of Muscat but still very convenient, and the most important is the staff. They are super super nice, very friendly, and give us very good advices and tips to travel there. One of the owner of the hotel even offered me to drive me around so I don't have to book a taxi. As a solo woman who travel, I felt very safe. 100% recommended. If I go back to Muscat I'll go there again.

There wasn't included breakfast but the food was very good The Location is good and near to Borg Al Sahwa
