Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

OmanI had an excellent stay at this hotel. At check-in, the receptionists Adil and Muzmil went above and beyond by giving me a free upgrade to an apartment, which was a wonderful surprise for birthday celebration. The apartment was neat, clean, and felt very new, making the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was also good, with a nice variety and quality.

United Arab EmiratesThe location is slightly further away from the centre of Muscat. However, it is in a quieter neighbourhood, free from traffic and with plenty of parking within the building.
A brand new, amazing, super clean, spacious, well-lit, budget friendly hotel. I have stayed in multiple locations in Muscat during my visits but this has become my new favourite! It's more of a premium 3 star hotel in my opinion. The actual property looks exactly like the pictures. The rooftop tool and gym didn't disappoint either. Will be back! Bonus points for being located close to a shopping centre, discount store and with plenty of restaurant options nearby.
