The hotel is not near any lively area of the town. Nothing is within walking distance except a LARGE superstore and a burger joint. If you are looking to be in the centre of some hustle and bustle of the city, this place is not for you. But it works wonderfully for a short stop-over between flights, or for a brief couple of days' stay.

It is an excellent hotel if you need to stay here for just a night or two. Everything about the hotel room is perfectly fine, including the very reasonably priced restaurant on the ground floor. In fact, they offered us a huge room with a separate, well-equipped kitchen. Air conditioning works very nicely. Communication with the hotel via WhatsApp is quick and flawless. The best thing about the hotel is the free airport shuttle which they offer. It is a sedan car which will wait for you at an appointed place at the airport and will take you back there from the hotel at a requested time. They will let you know beforehand at which parking slot pillar the car would wait and will also tell you the contacts of the driver. The drive to and from the hotel is about 15-20 minutes. Very convenient arrangement!

We liked staying at this hotel. The rooms are very big and beds are comfortable. The staff is amazing and will support you in anything you request. The breakfast was also very good and Farhan will prepare whatever you desire! I recommend this hotel.

Big kitchen but only one spoon, no other cutlery.

Very nice hotel with nice staff, the apartment was spacious, we slept very well. The swimming pool was refreshing. Breakfast wasn't buffet, but was delicious and we had plenty of everything. It's located not far from the airport and there's a petrol station with a car wash next to the hotel, which was convenient as we had to return the rental car clean.

Of course, it is a hotel near the highway, but Muscat is a very long city, so location really depends on having a car.

The staff were really nice at this hotel. The suites are big, there is a pool with tables around it. Airport pick up and drop off.

I had the pleasure of using the Remas Hotel facilities even if only for one night. The shuttle from and to the airport (free) is about 20 min. and is so convenient especially for a short stay between flights. The room was large and clean. The breakfast is also excellent and worth it. If you have time to visit interesting places in Muscat I recommend using a taxi through the OTAXI app (similar to Uber). Many thanks for the professional efforts of all the staff (airport shuttle, reception, restaurant) to make me feel good and comfortable. See you again!

The location is on the airport side of town, and is still under a bit of construction (not a noise factor when we were there). But a taxi ride to the centre of town - the Mutrah Souq, for example, which is well worth a visit- will take at least 45 minutes.

It was very nice to have a suite with a communal living area as well as our separate rooms and bathrooms. The staff, without exception, couldn't have been more helpful. 🙏😁 Breakfast was delicious, and when I came down late one morning chef made an omelette and parathas just for me (without my asking) 🤩 There are a couple of nice little cafés in easy walking distance. The pool looked spotlessly clean and very inviting - we didn't have time to use it, although the late December weather was certainly warm and sunny enough to do so in comfort. We had a very enjoyable stay at Remas Hotel Suites.

The decor is a little outdated but still very functional. The location leaves a little to be desired. Th restaurant wasn’t open when we arrived, and we were starving so we ate at the cheap and delicious burger place nearby.

First off, the staff was exceptional! They were the best we met in our two weeks in Oman! Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. They offered a free hotel shuttle which was really nice! The price for this hotel was very affordable.
