We’re very sorry to hear about the broken cot bed and inconvenience it caused, especially when traveling with a young child. Our team did their best to find an immediate solution, but we understand this was not ideal and appreciate your patience. We also regret that you encountered maintenance issues in your tent. Your comments regarding the shower, toilet seat, and general facilities have been shared with our maintenance team to ensure these are promptly addressed. Additionally, we take note of your comment about the museum's accessibility and will explore possibilities for making it more convenient for families with strollers. Regarding the buffet dinner, we are sorry it did not meet your expectations. We continuously work on improving the quality and variety of our food offerings, and your feedback will be shared with our kitchen team. As for the turtle viewing experience, we understand how challenging it can be with a young child, especially during the low season when sightings are less predictable. The activity is managed by the local reserve authorities, and while we have limited influence over the logistics, we do our best to prepare our guests with accurate information beforehand.
