Very friendly host, helpful and kind. He even organised a boat trip for us with a relative, with was the highlight of our stay. Well located with parking space and easy access. Cosy little room with nice seaside vibe, decorated and well looked after. Safe and comfortable, Fridge and kettle/coffee available, towels and clean beddings.

We found the AirCon inconsistent : too cold or when off, the room got hot, even when adjusting the settings. Nothing major but it did affect our sleep a little.

The owner is exceptionally friendly and helpful. He assisted us in arranging airport transfers and a dolphin-watching tour. The property is impeccably clean and comfortable, situated on a serene and beautiful beach. We enjoyed swimming both at the start and end of our trip. The private dolphin tour with him was particularly special, offering an exclusive experience.

Breakfast could be more varied.

Top notch! The pictures don't do it justice. It's a very comfortable, spacious room with modern decor. There's a fridge, tea and water provided. The bed was super comfy with the fluffiest linen. Strong wifi and sparkling clean bathroom. Haroon was great in communication and very welcoming. The location in this very cute and scenic village is brillant. Well worth the short drive from Muskat. I felt very much at home.

The accommodation is very stylish and comfortable. You can see the the sea from the terrace and walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Qantab is a cute little village not far from Muscat or Marina Bandar Al Rowdha, if you want to have a boat trip. Haroon is a wonderful host and we wish we had more time to continue our conversation :-)

Great place near de beach with views and very quiet. Easy access and parking next to the hut. The owner is very kind and offers you help.

Bedside table lamps would be a nice improvement.

The Host, Mr Haroon was very accomodating to us, was very attentive to our needs. Even provided the microwave for us, we appreciate it so much. The place was clean, relaxing vibes, with a view of the sea which was just 1minute walking distance. It was a truly peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Went for a little holiday with friends. The host was very friendly and helpful. The Hut was lovely and a quick walk to the beach. There were also a few amenities when we arrived as well. We were also able to go snorkeling and sight seeing on his brother’s boat for a reasonable price.

It's very cosy, very refreshing and good for a retreat. The sea view is good also.

Don't expect to find facilities like pharmacies nearby. Taxis would also take long to arrive and sometimes you don't find nearby drivers.

Spacious room and terrace in a quiet location, and only a 1 minute walk from the beach. A perfect stay!

Lovely host and very nice apartment

the furniture really modern and new and the place it self made in classic style and we really love the mixture. the place is really big and comfortable for two also there is a big area in front for th hut where you can sit and enjoy the night. the beach really close you can walk to it.

not much restaurant in the area but you can drive to the next town, it's around 10 minutes.
