The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and contained all the necessary additions for a pleasant stay. The staff were agreeable, and the breakfasts were magnificent.

AlgeriaWhen checking out, I ran out of the local currency and asked if they could lend me 10 OMR, less than €30 to pay the taxi, which I would pay back by card, of course. They said they couldn't do that. I had to go to the exchange office, under the Salalah blasing sun, but luckily not far away. I exhanged just enough for the taxi fare. I had a lunch bill which I wanted to pay by card. Their machine wouldn't allow me to do that. It indicated communication failure, clearly not a problem with the card. The recepcionist insisted that it works fine. I went to the mall and used it just fine 20 minutes later!
I liked the cleanliness, the room facilities: everything worked just fine. For housekeeping, at my arrival, they said that I needed to ask the reception if I wanted my room to be cleaned.

PolandThe only downside for us was the breakfast - it wasn’t quite to our taste, and only instant coffee was available. However, the staff serving breakfast was incredibly kind and attentive, which made the experience more enjoyable.
This hotel has a fantastic location, right next to the Sultan Qaboos Mosque, making it an excellent choice for exploring the area. Parking is very convenient, with spaces available right in front of the building. The staff was very friendly, spoke good English, and communicated well both via Booking.com and in person. The hotel itself is very elegant, spotless, and offers a high standard of comfort. We also really appreciated the late check-out service, which was super helpful as it was our last day in Oman and our flight was in the afternoon.
