We liked hospitality and friendly atmosphere in hotel. Apartment was cleaned with all necessary amenity kits. Our requests were executed promptly.

- great parking place - nice room with an amazing bed; big TV - clean

- bathroom (there could be a mop or something to clean the floor after showering) - different electrical sockets so we had to buy an adapter - located on the outskirts of Nizwa, so you need to go there by car or taxi

The apartment is nice and is well equipped.

The printer wasn’t working, staff could be more polite and engaging. The attitude was cold, something that is contrary to what we experienced in other places in Oman. Though we booked for 4 people, extra bed sheets were being charged. Behind the bed, there was a lot of trash.

Comfortable king size bed.

Very thin walls, you can hear everything. We heard small children screaming and suitcase wheels in the corridor at 12am. Ac didn't work well and there are no nets on the windows so mosquitos were everywhere. Its not good value for money

Place looks brand new, as a matter of fact there seems to be quite a bit of work still being done. We were housed in the second building, the rooms where reasonably sized and there was an extra room with two beds which didn't use as it was just the two of us.

The hotel is really quite far from Nizwa centre, it's a 15 minutes drive on the major road, which means there is often traffic, plus finding a parking in Nizwa centre at the weekend is a challenge. Place look new but it has been shoddily built: the faucet in the bathroom was not fixed at all and dangled loose. There were two TVs, brand new but none of them worked. However these are small issues, the big problem we had was safety: we came back on the second evening to find our door WIDE OPEN, lights on, all rooms internal doors wide open too. We were in shock as all of our belongings and valuables were in there. Luckily nothing seemed to be missing but we felt our private space had been violated and my son was almost crying in fear. Bear in mind: there is no room service offered and no cleaning is provided, so there was NO REASON for anyone entering our room. We immediately contacted the recemption and we were given a generic and unconvincing excuse ("maybe the staff entered by mistake and forgot to close the door"). I find this completely unacceptable: I have been to hundreds on hotels of all kinds in my live all over the world and this has never happened to me before.

The hotel is several kms from town, easily accessible by car, in a quiet location with some nice far-reaching views. It's very new, and the room was very spacious and well appointed.

Still some work going on in the lower part of the building where various amenities have yet to open, though no disturbances at night.

The staff were very and friendly and attentive and helped us immediately figure out the hot water heater and provided a converter. It’s very clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable!

The property is brand new and there is still a little bit of construction noise during the day. (They were finishing the large six hand wash basin room in the hallway on our floor). There is no restaurant on the property and no instant coffee provided in the room, only tea, but there is Arabic coffee provided in the lobby! One of our bedrooms had the television placed to the left of the twin beds, which was uncomfortable for viewing. The feeling of the place is that it was designed by a non architect, making for some strange misuse of space. Overall it is a good value for money, friendly and comfortable.

I love staffs, Location was not too far from the main tourist attraction, cheap and clean, plenty of parking lot, the food is just the opposite of the hotel

Some smell in the kitchen but we just open the window for air flow. Staffs should let customers know how to use the warm shower while checking in because we took pretty long time to find.
