The bed was hard. Some people like firmer beds, not me so much.

The guy was really nice to wait for us. We didn't arrive until 11 pm and he was out front waiting for us to arrive. Nice place in front of the beach leading to the ocean, with no other buildings in front of it. The place was quite big, and we could've spent more time there but just arrived to sleep and left early in the morning. I like the front area with artificial grass that's not burning the feet of the children so they could play. It has 2 bathrooms, we didn't discover the 2nd one until too late. My wife woke up early to walk on the beach and saw a turtle. Price is very good for the place

Al good for the price.Road is a bit tricky but it's manageable.Not close exactly to the beach,5min walk but none of the properties is close as it's conservation area.Very quite and peaceful.

Only issue is no proper roads to reach the place, bit challenging. May further difficult during rainy season.

We faced gecko at bed room, we couldn't sleep.. We went out to sleep at hall but we experienced two big cockroach. No wi fi available. The place is at the middle of no where. Room was described as sea view.. but you can not see the sea at all. It is away by a walk of 10-15 minutes.

The only staff we saw at reception was really a nice guy. Helpful and smiling. Yes, you can see turtles laying eggs if you go at the appropriate time walking in the darkness, the place may feel scary for children.

Everything was perfect!

Al Sukun is an absolute gem! The fantastic location right on the beach makes it a perfect place to visit Al Hadd and its beach. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and come with a large, well-appointed bathroom, ensuring a comfortable stay. All of them with a balcony, offering a stunning view of the beach stretching endlessly into the horizon - a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional kindness of the manager - he went above and beyond by driving out to get green tea when it wasn’t available. Such genuine hospitality is rare and truly appreciated! Highly recommend Al Sukun for anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming stay by the beach.

The bed was rock hard. The pillows completely flat, the blanket was a throw that you cannot put in a washing machine so it doesn't get washed between guests. The light filters in at night through the curtains. We were lucky to have out own camping mattress and pillows that we slept on. Also, there are no food options or shops close by.

The location. I liked that it was a bit of a challenge to find it because Google maps doesn't take you there, and that there are no more houses in front of it.

The facilities are nothing as mentioned on Booking.com There is no in-house facilities. The distance to the beach is not as mentioned but reasonable enough for a morning walk. There is no proper signage to the property and you will be lost if not for Google Maps (Satellite View). There is no food provided or any other service at the property. Our booking was shown as 2 rooms for 3 adults, but once at the property we came to know that its just 1 room with an extra bed provided. Considering the location being remote, u can just consider the property for a sleepover and a morning beach walk and nothing else. Also on Booking.com it was initially showing pics of an in-house pool faciity but there is nothing as such..which was another shocker for us once reaching the property. Better consider other properties at nearby locations.

There was only 1 staff and he tried his efforts with the owner to support the customers.
