Getting to the parking in the hotel basement was a pain, I had to call or go to the front desk, and then the concierge would come and open the barrier with the hotel card. It was annoying, but they said they'd fix it in a few weeks by programming the guest cards.

The staff's attentiveness and the property's location were significant assets. Moreover, the team provided outstanding service by accommodating my late check-out request and proactively soliciting feedback regarding my experience. The proximity of a hypermarket and a mall, offering diverse dining options, represents a considerable advantage, as such amenities are not commonly available in other locations.

The breakfast was good and delicious, but I did notice a few issues. I found a small bone in the beef sausage, which made it less enjoyable. The cabbage did not seem to be washed properly and still had some dust on it. Also, the black coffee tasted burnt. Overall, I appreciated the breakfast, but I believe a little more attention to food preparation and quality control would make the experience much better.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. The bed was super comfy. Our Room was spotless, comfortable, and spacious. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown Muscat.

Pool is small and no shade during the day time. Table Tennis was of no use as due to the inavailibility of the rackets.

The brakfast was good but i would recommend to have some more option as well like varirty in omlete. Coffee machine need to upgrade.

Nothing with the hotel - getting around on foot is quite difficult in this part of Muscat - the car is king, just don’t forget it.

Very convenient for Malls and Mosque, staff were without exception lovely. pool was usually deserted in the middle of the day. Family room was a double and a twin room with connecting door which gave us exactly the layout we wanted and a huge amount of space. Location next to Panama mall & supermarket was super handy.

I booked this hotel because the reviews mentioned that the breakfast was excellent. It was okay. The egg station was great and the chef did a solid job. But the breakfast buffet needs improvement, most fruits were canned in syrup, not fresh. The hall was understaffed and items weren’t refilled quickly. On my first morning, trays were empty by 8:30 AM and it felt like breakfast was already over.

It was a little difficult to find someone at the concierge and front desk for my early morning check in. Perhaps the hotel could work on this.
