My recent stay at the hotel was excellent. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were outstanding — attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Everything about my stay was smooth and comfortable. I would gladly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

I wish there was a separate female pool.

I loved the hospitality by staff.The breakfast was superb and was quite impressed by the presence of a female gym and steam room and sauna.The rooms were modern,clean and cosy.

Amazing hotel, staff very polite and extremely helpful, food was delicious. It has two swimming pools, one is infinity pool with sea view. Hotel is very clean and it is obvious that is very well maintained. Rooms are spacious, big king size bed was a dream.

the breakfast buffet was not nice, everything was stale. the hotel didn’t allow taxi pick up outside but it was able to drop us off which didn’t make sense.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. All staff were incredibly hospitable and did a wonderful job at making sure our stay was comfortable. They all went above and beyond. Want to give a massive shoutout to your pool team, namely Abbas and the African brothers. Special thanks to Zuwaina too. We’ll be back again.

The location was perfect , nearby airport and well connected , easily accessible. Ambience was awesome and on the other level , unparalleled. Staff was very nice particularly Mr Nawaf at reception was very courteous , humble ,well mannered, well behaved and proficient in English. He is very cooperative , given us upgrade and provided cake & sweets at room for our daughter birthday. He is Gem of the person. Ms Gulnaz , from Team Red , The wonderful lady in Red assisted us and escorted to our room . She explained everything in a calm , professional and with nice manner . Ms Susmita , at Bukhara restaurant, was very well behaved , cultured , humble , keen listener , attentive to minute details and cooperative . She handled our dining very efficiently. We are very impressed with her knowledge and manners . Morning breakfast was very nice , having a lot of variety and fresh . Overall stay was great and we will highly recommend this hotel to our friends and colleagues. Surely we are coming soon .

It is a very beautiful hotel. It is extremely peaceful. Even when the pool and beach got a little busier on the weekend there was still not much noise. The bed and the pillows gave me the best nights sleep and the breakfast selections were amazing. All staff are very helpful, friendly and attentive. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Muscat.
