We had a pleasant stay at the property. The location was convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the room upgrade upon check-in — thank you to the team for this thoughtful gesture. The dinner was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Facilities were as described on the listing, and check-in/check-out were smooth. Overall, a good experience and a place we would consider staying at again.

We had a deal which gave us dinner and breakfast. The food was served at a quiet location with great views and there was so much food! Although we will say that some of the selections were not that great. But with so much to choose from we certainly did not go hungry!

We stayed in one of the cabins that was up on the hill which I would definitely recommend, I would have been disappointed with any other place at the camp. The service was top notch and we really enjoyed the view from our room as well as watching the sunset by climbing up the rocks behind the room.

Was the only person at the site on my stay. Got free upgrade as noone else was there :) Site Was reachable without 4x4, normal car can be used. Food was prepared for te one and only guest (me).

The room could use a few more facilities — a proper wardrobe would’ve been helpful for longer stays. And yes, a pool is definitely missing… would’ve been the cherry on top in this beautiful setting!

I wish I could stay for at least one week there

Beautiful location. We visited Sama for probably 7th time already. Each time there is an improvement. The owners are really committed to keeping the property in the right condition. Very friendly staff. Great to see some familiar faces between them 😊

Great location, nice and comfortable room - we stayed in a Grand Chalet. The staff is very friendly, especially the restaurant staff being very flexible. We asked for an early lunch, and didn’t even have to pay for it! We have stayed at this resort many times and we will definitely be back!

Poor activities offer and nothing to do really during the day so ideal to relax. It is a shame they don’t have a pool. Food was ok

Excellent resort in Jebel Shams - great location , excellent hospitable staff and good facilities . The meal selections were excellent and walking and hiking trails are all close by . It’s good to use a 4WD to get to this place - in parts rough but safe driving .

When we were there, there was a slight sewage smell in some areas, but nothing too strong or disturbing.

Really nice location with a good dinner buffet and a beautiful spot on the rocks to watch the sunset. There are also some nice areas to relax, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The lodge is the perfect place to visit the surroundings. However, there is unfortunately no other activity at the lodge, no spa, pool, nor any sport activities, which is a pity since one would extend the stay.

The place is beautiful, stunning location, peaceful, we got upgraded to a mountain cabin, very nice. TV did not work but it was better.

Amazing property and worth the money. Food may not be that great, but given the location, considering there are no nearby town or village to buys stuff, I guess they did very well.

Views amazing, location was fabulous to see the sunrise and sunset over the canyon. The staff were helpful and friendly. Although it is an Eco resort some of the finishing was poor, the bathroom could be of a higher quality. The food was of a good quality so I would recommend a stay here.
