The last time I stayed at the hotel, I pointed out a problem with the route leading to the parking lot. This time I saw that the respected management and hardworking staff have made the path safe and resolved the traffic issue. I sincerely appreciate how you listen to guests’ feedback and address potential problems in the shortest possible time. I will definitely recommend you as the best option to my friends and family.

The parking!!!! Really tight

It was really clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. I really recommend this hotel to others specially the location because it’s side of Muscat Express. We were traveling with our own car, so we had car and it was really easy to reach every where.

One drawback observed was the narrow entrance to the parking area, especially at the turns, where there's a risk of the car's bumper scraping the walls and damaging the paint—particularly for SUVs

They don't give shampoo conditioner. I hadn't carried toiletries as I expected it to be there. Only get a multi purpose body wash + shampoo.

Spacious room. Clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. The restaurant downstairs was average but I'm a vegetarian and they didn't have anything veg on the menu for dinner. I asked if I could get something and the waiter and cook made something specially for me which was very kind. Great pool.

if you use the O Taxi app to get around, for some reason the drivers never come to the entrance but instead the back of the hotel near a parking area (you need to go down the back stairs to reach it). maybe someone can edit the location of the hotel?

Check-in was smooth/easy. All of the staff were courteous and accommodating. The property offers direct access to the Express Way. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the Mall of Oman.

There was a kind of drainage foul smeel in the bathroom, which if we keep the bathroom door open by mistake for some time spreads to the room. This definitely needs to be fixed.. I had to use my spray sometimes to have a fresher smell. There were no toiletries available by default. You have to ask housekeeping for each stuff you require, and in one case, they said they dont have a dental kit in stock. Being a 4 star, these things are expected basic. The rooms I and my colleague stayed in first floor, the glass door opens to a common terrace, its though disabled..fine but problem is anyone can come to open terrace and if you dont have you full curtains drawn they can see inside your room from terrace..Privacy breach if not careful.. Its a dry hotel not serving any alcohol and also there is only restaurant near reception lobby. We drove from.dubai, car parking in basement to drive in is risky as driveways are very narrow...

Property is good, rooms are spacious, and staff are cooperative. Excellent location especially for us to drive to the city for meetings and to drive out towards dubai. The mall of oman is very near.

The room was opposite a building which blocked sunlight in the daytime.

Very stylish room and bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The rooftop pool was amazing and had a great view. The staff were very nice and the restaurant downstairs had tasty, affordable food. They also give a free lift to the mall of Oman which was a nice touch. I would definitely visit again!
