Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomI had booked for 5 adults and on booking, it said there was a sofa bed. There was a sofa that could be used as a bed but not a proper bed.
Apartment was very clean, well resourced. We arrived and person at Reception was super polite and helpful. Many of the reviews say that there was no one at reception but we found them really helpful. Within 15mins of arriving, he also followed on with a WhatsApp to check everything was ok. WiFi was great. Apartment was clean and beds were quite comfortable Overall great stay

United Arab EmiratesMy booking was for 5 persons whereas I was provided bed space for 4 people (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Upon asking, they first checked my booking and after confirming the fact that I had booking for 5 people they provided me one mattress for no additional cost. On booking.com the apartment was showing bed space for 5-6 persons. Further, the swimmimg pool is in a separate property although adjacent to the apartment building.
The size of the apartment was reasonable enough. There was ample space for parking. They were quick enough to arrange for our pick up from border when requested, on urgent basis.

United Arab EmiratesAs per other feedback there should be more attention to the cleaning. The crockery needed to be washed as it was not clean. The hallway was not kept clean and although the beds were very well made. One of the showers didn’t work even free fixing. But more importantly the two other single beds were like sleeping on rocks. The most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on unfortunately.
When you have a family this option is good as it has two bedrooms. The beds in the master bedroom were hotel standard and very comfortable. Close by the tours and a short drive from every where.
