I slept here for just one night. A very positive experience. Large room, air conditioned, with a fridge and tea/coffee electric kettle available. Bathroom complete with towels, shampoo and soap. Mrs. Elisabeth very kind, even before arriving at the villa she contacted me to know if I needed anything. I couldn't show the location of the villa to the driver, so she sent me her number and told me to have her call and she would give him directions over the phone. As soon as I arrived I freshened up for a moment and Elisabeth's husband kindly accompanied me to the Mutrah Souq (the ancient city market of Muscat) for 5 Omani rials. Even at check-out the next day her husband accompanied me wherever I wanted for 4 rials. I had a great time, highly recommended! Thanks again Elisabeth!!

To explore the city you need to have a car, there is not much to see in walking distance - this is only a comment for those who travel by city transport.

Very clean room, we had everything we needed, there was hair dryer, some toiletteries, some water, juices, etc. We spent only few hours there because we needed to catch our flight back home early in the morning. But it is a great location to explore Muscat by car, every highlight of the city is nearby. Thank you!

We only stayed for a short amount of time for a layover between our flights but would have loved if we could have stayed longer. The room is very clean and comfortable. The hosts are very kind and helpful. We asked for airport shuttle as well 2 ways, which was a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

The room that I got was huge. The entire house was clean and shiny. My bathroom was immaculate and huge too. The couple who runs the property is very helpful and friendly. I arrived at 9am, check in was at 2pm. Since my room was vacant, they allowed early check in. I also requested breakfast. They charged me an extra OMR 2. It was a simple breakfast but it was a home cooked breakfast. The location is also good. Located within 5 minutes walk to the beach. I took a taxi to the mall. Cost me OMR 1.2 (less than 4km journey). There's a grocery store, Starbucks, pizza joints and a local restaurant and coffee shop, all within a walking distance (less than 1km).

Actually nothing bad to say. We received clearly instrustions how to reach the place, all ready all nice.

Very welcomming athmosphere, possible checkin 5am, very clean - like the cleanest appartment I stayed in Oman. It looks like all is new there, rooms are spacious, big bed and we had comfortable sleep. There is a kitchen u can use in the ground floor and the owner was always available and ready to help. Would definitely stay here again, I can recommend!
