Exceptional Service: The staff truly make the difference here. The Duty Manager, Mr. Romel, was very attentive, listening to our concerns and offering proactive solutions with genuine care. Mr. Michael from the IT team was extremely accommodating, friendly, and professional, making us feel well taken care of. Dining Experience: Breakfast is always a highlight. The delicious Hummus, fresh orange juice and karak tea add a perfect touch to start the day. A special mention to Mr. Roshan, the Restaurant Manager, whose professional yet warm approach sets the tone. His team members, Lovedeep and Roshni, consistently deliver excellent service with a smile. Housekeeping: The housekeeping team deserves praise for their consistency and attention to detail. Mr. Rajashekar and Mr. Basanta ensured our rooms were kept spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. Amenities & Activities: The resort is fantastic for families. Our kids absolutely loved the Adventure Park and the long zip line — one of the best and biggest adventure setups we’ve seen, with activities that can be enjoyed by all ages. The property itself is spacious and beautifully maintained, offering a refreshing 1 km walk around the grounds — especially enjoyable with the pleasant weather. Indoor Games: When it comes to leisure time, the indoor games room is a great option. With foosball, billiards, and table tennis, there’s something for everyone to enjoy and unwind. Overall, the resort continues to impress us with its service, amenities, and family-friendly atmosphere. It’s a place we’re always happy to return to, and we look forward to our next visit.

United Arab EmiratesThe pool is not temperature controlled , so when i went in August, the kids felt a bit cold although ot was sunny. Also, since the premise is in the mountains, you will have lots of encounters with insects and specially mosquitoes.
The property is in the top of the Jabal Al Akhdar and is well maintained and has good facilities specially the adventure park for kids above 7 years old. Its a serene place and very close to many outside restaurants and the Jabal Al Alhdar festival location.

The adventure park was a highlight — especially the zip line, which was great fun for both kids and adults. The food was delicious with good variety, and overall, the stay was great value for money. I had an amazing stay at DusitD2 Naseem Resort in Jabal Akhdar. Everything exceeded my expectations! The location is absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by stunning mountain views. The resort is extremely clean and well-maintained — from the rooms to the common areas, everything was spotless. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. I especially loved the attention to detail and the peaceful atmosphere. The food was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options. Every meal was a treat! Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Their warm hospitality truly made my stay even more special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious escape in the heart of nature.

OmanQuite frustrating as we asked for a child bed to be made up before we booked, and asked again before we went out for dinner but they didn’t do it. Had to call housekeeping when got back to the room. Also asked for plates for a cake we had for daughter’s birthday, again not put in room when asked for. Apart from those disappointing parts, it was a good stay.
